Ordered taco salad. Very disappointed. Always use to get a nice taco shell filled with beans, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream. Been going there for years. Today no taco shell, just chips with usual toppings. No qualcamole. Friends were also disappointed with their orders. Charged $1 for a small handful of onions ordered extra on their 2 tacos. Place is still very clean. Also had to pay for chips and salsa this time. So sad about the changes.
I've been coming here for about 6 years and can say that I always have a great experience with yummy food. It's the cleanest restaurant in Hardee County and that is a plus! I enjoy all their Mexican and American dishes. Their hamburger and onion rings are delicious! And their quesadillas are the best I've had. The nachos were delicious. I loved the homemade crispy thick tortilla chips. We were there with a large party and they happily accommodated us. The service was friendly; very patient and so ready to answer our questions about items. And, the homemade apple pie was scrumptious.
