Fabulous experience. The ambiance is lovely. Service is amazing. Food is delicious. They are great about adding special touches (e.g. the chef sending out a complimentary tasting).
Food was delicious service superb Jonathan the GM very friendly will definitely go back again and again
We went to celebrate a special occasion. The staff and food was outstanding. We really enjoyed the selection on the menu and will definitely be back.
I took my good friend, who is a renowned chef, out to dinner. The food, the service, the atmosphere, was at the highest level of excellence. If you are looking for a an experience unlike any other for any occasion I highly recommend AG SteakHouse.
One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a good while. Best service and the best food I could have hoped for.
Truthfully, I was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Food took forever to arrive on a Wednesday night when only about 8-others were at restaurant??!! Two steaks ordered in our party of eight; 12oz filet that was NOT branded as shown & NY Strip that was overcooked & had to be sent back. No management ever visited. Shrimp dish brought out to “give you something to munch on” but no seafood was ordered by this person...who might have had an allergy?! Just a weird comp & explanation. Seabass gravely disappointed & was way too salty. Sushi/sashimi was plentiful & very good, but rice was not sticky and rolls were not tight, so they fell apart. Caesar salad WAS NOT GRILLED, even for a second. MIL$ Cosmo was not good. Overly priced experience. Prices dictate “grand slam hit well out of the park.” Didn't happen. Fell short!! I won't be back or recommend. Sorry!! Need to add better directional lighting to restaurant parking area for the winter months, especially, because it is so dark in the area & lighting is poor.
Don't let the location fool you, once inside AG, the atmosphere, menu and service you could easily believe you are in a fine dining restaurant in Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago. Very nice, crazy variety of menu selections, none disappointing (7 choices in our party).
(Five stars, only because the game-makers won't allow 33.) If you ever needed proof that we're all living inside a finely-tuned cosmic simulation run by a pair of benevolent foodie overlords, AG Steakhouse is it. This place isn't a restaurant, it's a glitch in the Matrix where perfection just... happens. Repeatedly. Consistently. Almost suspiciously. You stroll in and Jonathan greets you like he personally wrote the Constitution of Hospitality. Dude runs the front-of-house like he's commanding a starship. Then there's Jess behind the bar, a sorceress with killer personality. She mixes drinks that feel like emotional chiropractic adjustments. Order anything. Hell, order nothing. She'll still hand you a glass that changes your tax bracket. If aliens landed tomorrow and asked why humanity deserved to survive, I'd take them here, and the entire team would impress so much, they'd be taken back to the multiverse to care for the Chief Extraterrestrial's mamma's with culinarily perfection. Sushi? Nirvana-level. Black-market fresh. Pecan-crusted anything? Put pecans on drywall and I'd still lick the plate. The Tomahawk? Brother... that thing doesn't just feed you. It makes you stronger. It's a prehistoric Excalibur served on a board, and when it arrives, you feel your ancestors nodding in approval. AG is not a restaurant. AG is a rite of passage. A pilgrimage. A place that makes you question whether you're still on Lake Allatoona or slipped sideways into a higher plane of culinary existence. If this is a simulation, AG Steakhouse is the cheat code, and the incredible owners are the game master.
We celebrated my wife's birthday, and it could not have been more perfect. The service, food and ambiance was impeccable. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend.
This is an absolute gem. On the lake and the cuisine and atmosphere are as good as it gets.

Great steaks- great service! What an awesome dining experience! Jonathan and Chef Casey, along with the rest of the staff, are the best!
We had 7 people for brunch on Sunday. It was a birthday celebration. We had everything from eggs Benedict to sushi. It's the best brunch in town, absolutely! You've got to try the Bloody Mary. It's a work of art. And of course the mimosa's were terrific too! AG never disappoints.
Little hidden gem. We went for brunch and was very impressed! Very eager to try a dinner service!
Johnathan and his staff went above and beyond for our special occasion. The food is amazing and the ambiance is warm and unique. Highly recommend.

The place is well staffed, the food was excellent. I got the A5 Wagyu flight, I am sure it’s the only place to get Wagyu unless you go into the city. We also got blue fin tuna and it was amazing. We got to pick our own steak knives since we order a higher tier of steak. The knives were really sharp. There is complementary valet and the entry way was nice.
