I have been to prior iterations of this location before, but it has since rebranded and changed significantly. I booked this restaurant for my mother‘s 76th birthday celebration brunch and took a chance that it would be something different, new, and exciting for her. Having lived in Acworth for a very long time, she gets extremely excited when higher-end restaurants open in the area. I have had some challenges with a well-known steakhouse chain in Kennesaw and decided to branch out and try this restaurant. From the minute, we pulled-up until we left, we were treated like VIP guests! This place is absolutely amazing! Starting with the exceptional young man who did the valet service to the wonderful young women at the hostess stand, who hid my cake and also took pictures of us! The food was delicious, the decor was immaculate, the menu was vast, and the service was impeccable. I cannot wait to go If anyone were holding out back to try their sushi and their steak! I am humbly in appreciation of the level of service we required. They have gained customers for a long time to come. P.S. if you are a fan of a breakfast skillet, they do an amazing job - my fave. But honestly, everything was amazing from their poached eggs with decadent crab meat, to their shrimp fajita omelette, the complimentary mimosa, and their chicken and waffles was absolutely tasty with an incredible portion! I can't say enough, this is where ambience + service + food meets every single expectation, don't be fooled by the rustic couple of miles as you approach the restaurant! That is just the area's southern charm. You will literally arrive at an oasis of culinary excellence and service! While we ate there on a foggy day, I am so thrilled for what the spring summer will bring with the amazing view of Lake Acworth! 

Went there for valentines it was amazing the ambiance was amazing, nicely decorated and food was amazing. Waitress was also very sweet and helpful I enjoyed it so much would definitely go again.

The food and service were amazing truly the highlight of the experience. The bar area is nice, but the main dining seating feels small and quite outdated in comparison. The waterfront area could also use better upkeep, such as refreshing the sand and updating the boating docks. This place has so much potential with the right design improvements. Right now, the overall look doesn't quite match the price point, but with some updates, it could easily become a standout destination.

What a hidden gem this is! The service and food quality was fantastic. You pay for it but as with things in life, you often get what you pay for. Can't believe this has been in our back yard for a while and we never visited. Don't let the drive in deter you... there is gold at the end of the rainbow!

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here. The staff was amazing. Food incredible and every detail was thought through. The oysters Rockefeller are top notch- not to mention the steaks. Headed back soon!

Fabulous experience. The ambiance is lovely. Service is amazing. Food is delicious. They are great about adding special touches (e.g. the chef sending out a complimentary tasting).

We went to celebrate a special occasion. The staff and food was outstanding. We really enjoyed the selection on the menu and will definitely be back.

I took my good friend, who is a renowned chef, out to dinner. The food, the service, the atmosphere, was at the highest level of excellence. If you are looking for a an experience unlike any other for any occasion I highly recommend AG SteakHouse.

Truthfully, I was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Food took forever to arrive on a Wednesday night when only about 8-others were at restaurant??!! Two steaks ordered in our party of eight; 12oz filet that was NOT branded as shown & NY Strip that was overcooked & had to be sent back. No management ever visited. Shrimp dish brought out to “give you something to munch on” but no seafood was ordered by this person...who might have had an allergy?! Just a weird comp & explanation. Seabass gravely disappointed & was way too salty. Sushi/sashimi was plentiful & very good, but rice was not sticky and rolls were not tight, so they fell apart. Caesar salad WAS NOT GRILLED, even for a second. MIL$ Cosmo was not good. Overly priced experience. Prices dictate “grand slam hit well out of the park.” Didn't happen. Fell short!! I won't be back or recommend. Sorry!! Need to add better directional lighting to restaurant parking area for the winter months, especially, because it is so dark in the area & lighting is poor.
