Normally this location has good service with very few issues, but today was totally different. They completely messed up my order. Left out a whole sandwich, messed up the one they did put in there. Only right thing were potato cakes. Not the end of the world, it happens. But when I called them to talk to them about it they NEVER answered.....not once out of the 8 times I called! I eat there quite often and that's just disappointing.
We love coming here!! Everyone is so friendly! The store is always clean, stocked, and they food is fresh. Karen is an amazing manager, and is always checking to make sure we have what we need and the food is good. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays, but they make you feel like family. Highly recommend this Arby's!
