Came at night to pick up online order. The Shift manager ignored me and didn't help. I waited maybe 10 minutes and nobody helped. Terrible service. Not coming here again.

We were the only people in line when we ordered and when we got to the window we waited at least 18 mins just sitting at the window for our food only to receive both of our fries half empty and not tasting fresh. The employee who took the order was very friendly but it sadly doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience. After tasting my food I noticed a review written two months ago by a former employee saying the GM regularly dropped food on the floor and still served it to customers as well as cooked old fries and served them… now wondering about my food. ?

Great service overall and very clean. Cashier was very nice and made conversation with me at the register. Another employee was actively wiping down tables and cleaning the dining room during lunch rush, which was great to see. He also offered to take my trash once I was finished eating.A fryer alarm was set off while I was eating and it continued to ring the entire time I sat inside. Mildly annoying but I think it just may have been a lack of staff members able to step away from their position to tend to it.Parking: Very small parking lot, it may be difficult to find spots during peak hours if you are dining in.

I am a former employee I resigned as of today. The GM has on several occasions dropped food on the floor and would still serve it to the customers. I have also witnessed him cooking old french fries and serving them to the customers. He and other employees short meat from customers.Yes I reported it to only get treated badly. I feel he should be fired. He does it so he can gets his bonus. I will NOT be affiliated with this type of behavior. Jacob is a good manager who does not do this. The Dm just warns him. He is also serving the strawberry eliminate as a market fresh product. The machine has been broke down so he has been using the lemonade from the coke machine. The catch is he is still charging them for the upgraded lemonade.

i attempted to call the store 5 times after i ordered from them to tell them about the issue with service i had. someone proceeded to answer the phone and play a loud noise into my ear and hang up. the woman who took my order and brought it out to me was rude and insulting. i’ve never had anyone roll their eyes at me and say “oh lord” when i tried to tell her i wasn’t sure where she wanted me to park to wait on my food. on top of that when i got home with my food the fries had been thrown into the bag upside down and we received a double instead of a half pound of roast beef. the fact i couldn’t even contact the store to inform them is a serious issue in and of itself.
