I don't normally do this but last night I got a breast and thigh plate and my breast peace had what appeared to be the neck still still attached. I fed it to my dogs. Idk what happened but they have always been good but that was disgusting

I can't believe I forgot to mention the staff at Bojangles. This was my very first time visiting here . Me and my gf went to Tellus Science Center and stopped in to eat. These ladies here were absolutely the most friendliest down to earth people I've ever had the pleasure to meet at a fast food chain. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely go back. Felt like home with there southern draw just like mine. I give these ladies a Yeehaw, keep up the good work and it was an absolute pleasure dining in at this Bojangles. Oh, and the chicken was WONDERFUL... Thank you ladies..... 😊 💕

Decided to give Bojangles a chance for dinner, pulled into the drive thru at 5:30 pm was asked to wait a minute, 10 minutes later she asked if she could help, I asked for a 8 piece family dinner and was informed it would be another 15 minutes for the chicken. Why at 5:30 is there no chicken ready 🤷🏻♂️ it’s dinner time, it’s not going to sit around and go bad. I left and went next door to Taco Bell. Can you imagine how much money Bojangels loses daily from not having chicken ready. They do have good breakfast though and I go a couple times a week but I guess no dinner

The store had 1 manager and 2 associates working. The manager was cooking EVERYTHING in the back, 1 cashier on drive through and 1 at the main register. Bad Sign! They didn't have any chicken legs to start. I ordered a 12pc chicken family meal and the cashier was new I assume because she jacked the order up bad. Got home, missing fries, chicken was luke warm and not fresh. Took almost 15mins to get this order WRONG. Not a good experience

I am very disappointed how Bojangles has become. Tiny azz chicken costing way too much. Almost $ 9.00 for this rip-off. 2 piece my a$$!!! Like 2 half piece!

Got drive thru for lunch, 5 chicken Supremes (Tenders), large fry and drink. The service was excellent and food was ready almost instantly and mostly accurate. Only 2 disappointments were that I ordered a large drink with no ice and it was completely full of ice, defeating the purpose of even upgrading to a large, and the fries were undercooked. Overall it's the customer service that surprised me and will be the reason for a return visit. Great job to the drive thru staff.
