Bojangles is my preferred fast food for chicken, but after waiting an extensive amount of time at another location for fresh chicken, I decided to try this one. Upon entering, there were a few customers ahead of me placing their orders. While waiting, I observed the staff preparing customer orders without wearing gloves, handling utensils and food directly with their bare hands. At one point, the serving spoon dropped into the mac and cheese, and the staff member reached in with her bare hand to retrieve it. I couldn't see how far the spoon had fallen, but that was enough for me. I immediately left.

We always try to find a Bojangles when traveling in the south. The cashier was very friendly & helpful. Food was great. The tea excellent! I hope the come to Cincinnati area soon!

I stop by here for breakfast most mornings on my way to work. The food is always good , and the service is always fast. All of the employees that I deal with are always friendly.

I just stopped off at the Bojangles in Georgia off of exit 278 on my way to Valdosta and I couldn’t ask for better service, hot tasty chicken and everything else that came with my meal than I just ate from there. Loved it!!!!

I come to this location EVERY weekend. Sometimes both Saturday and Sunday to buy at least 5 biscuits sometimes more. The staff couldn't be more rude. You say thank you and they roll their eyes at you. I understand making minimum wage sucks especially when you're a grown man or woman but it's not the customers fault you made poor life choices. The staff at this location are horrible.

Wheelchair accessibility: The line to the register has a little zig zag wall thing than can be difficult for wheelchairs, but it can be easily bypassed.
We go here for every Sunday for our Bible Study Class. We always have big orders and we are always greeted at the drive-thru window by the manager. Our large order always comes out as fast an any other order and the manager always makes sure we have plenty of condiments and napkins for the class. The food is consitently delicious and fresh and it is always a positive experience. I highly reccomend this location. The service is impeccable.

Horrible service. I placed a delivery order that the restaurant kept putting off making until the driver made them make it. Don’t have your restaurant on DoorDash if you don’t want to accommodate delivery orders.
