Skunks Doing Laundry

Ordered the simplest items. 1 regular cheeseburger and 1 small chocolate shake. Ordered at the peak of lunch rush 1245pm. The burger was ice cold. I mean ICE cold. The bun was not toasted, the meat was cold and I'm pretty sure they put the cheese on it knowing it was cold. It was like eating a cheese slice out of the fridge. I thought these things were supposed to be flame broiled?! The girl working the drive thru had no personality and was kind of rude. The guy at the window was no better. Waste of money and time. I won't be back. BK is circling the drain and has real staff issues. I'm sticking with Culver's or something along those lines from now on.

The service and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. I visited with my family to place an order through their mobile app. After placing the order, I went to the front to wait for our food. I quickly noticed the entire kitchen was empty—no burgers, fries, or anything else was being prepared, and there were no staff in sight.

After a few minutes, a worker briefly appeared but just stood there. When I asked if anyone was going to prepare my order, he responded with, “What order?” I then requested a refund, but the manager on duty claimed I had to contact customer support for it. I had to threaten to call the police before they finally issued the refund.

This was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs!

Guy at drive thru window kept payment card. Asked for it back from the girl that handed me my food. The girl looked all around the register and counter and said there was no card. Asked for her to ask the guy for the card and he came back said he didn’t have it. Then said I am going to call and cancel card and call police and it magically came out of his hand where he had it in his pocket. Never will be back and had to cancel card during Christmas time. How nice

Threatening to call the police on a customer because you don’t know how to resolve their concerns is absurd. I ordered my breakfast through the Burger King app. The order included two vanilla iced coffees, one medium one small when I arrived. The lady at the window informed me that they did not have any more vanilla coffee. OK not a problem. I will take the mocha instead she said she wasn’t sure if she had enough to make two coffees but she would try. She let me know. I don’t have enough to make two but I can make one for the medium. I said OK that’s not a Problem You can just refund me for the small. She said I cannot refund you, but you can refund yourself through the app I pulled my phone out as we’re speaking and I informed her the app does not give me the option to request a refund so we can we just replace with an item of the same price. she offered me a soda. The sodas do not cost the same an iced coffee. The coffees are more expensive. I said thank you but I don’t want a soda. Can we swap it out for either some French toast or maybe a biscuit? That is the same price…. keep in mind I kept emphasizing the same price Because I was not asking for anything I did not pay for. I just did not want a soda and again the sodas are cheaper than what I paid for. She said she could not do that so I said OK. Well, if you don’t have a coffee, I’m not mad about that if you don’t have it, you just don’t have it however you saying that you can’t refund me my money and you cannot give me an item of the same price is not acceptable. You’re basically stealing from your customer saying I don’t have it and I’m not gonna resolve your concerns so if you can’t fix it then can I speak with a manager who can help me get a refund because that you can see through this app it’s not allowing me to initiate or request a refund so she says I am a manager but I can have someone else see if they can help so she left the window and then this older white lady with a bunch of warts on her face came to the window. I explained the same thing to her. Please keep in mind. I did not cuss at anyone. I did not yell at anyone I did not call anyone out of their name and I did not threaten anyone. It’s not that deep if it’s just a small ice coffee, I just want to get something of the same price or get a refund. the older white lady with the warts all over her face comes to the window. She says well we can only give you a drink, and I explained to her you do not have any of the coffees in any flavor which that’s OK. I understand if you ran out that’s not an issue only thing you’re offering me is a soda and I do not want a soda so please provide me with either a food item of the same exact price or refund. The lady says she’s not doing either. Now keep in mind. I still have not received anything I ordered. I haven’t got any of the food nothing so at this point I said OK well, I’m not leaving this window until you help me because keep in mind they still haven’t even gave me my food. The lady then calls 911 and I look at her and I said why are you calling the police because you don’t know how to resolve my concerns and she said oh you’re being irate. I said ma’am did I cuss at you? She said no.I said ma’am did I yell at you? She said no.I said ma’am did I threaten you? She said no. I said if I’m not doing any of those things, how am I being irate? I’m asking you to resolve my concerns and give me my order which I still haven’t got she looks at me and says oh, I didn’t know that they didn’t give you your food. I said well if you had asked me that question before jumping to call the police you would have known that. The police are not to help you figure out how to resolve customer concerns, the police are to help you in the event that you have a real threatening problem. I am not a threatening problem. You’re just using the police as a weapon because you are white woman and you’re speaking with a black woman and you don’t want to take the time to resolve my concerns. She then call her district manager who then tells her to give me a refund.

The person taking my order asked me twice about EACH meal and then when it was repeated it was still incorrect and then when I got the order it STILL wasn't right BUT I just told my grandkids to beat what they got or they'll be hungry for dinner.

Worst experience I ever had at Burger King. Customer service was aweful. Fries are always mid, so I come for the burgers, I ordered a double whopper, with no tomato and no mayo. Wiah I would of open the bag when I was there. They gave me a single whopper with tomato and mayo and the lettuce was just one crunchy bunch and the burger was cold. They obviously just gave me a cold burger sitting out. Don't go here. Wish I could give zero stars.

This place needs to be shut down. The girl in the Drive-Thru was extremely rude. She only took half of our order. She would not let us use our our coupon app. When we came around the drive-thru the second time. She was on her phone and some other guy took our order. This place is a disgrace. Nobody should go here. Go down the hill in Kennesaw, they do a much better job. We will never be back here again.

This place was oddly deserted, despite visiting on a Black Friday shopping afternoon, and its location next to a Walmart supercenter. Store entrance was dirty with leaves everywhere. Ordered onion rings, the carton was barely half full. And are Whopper Jrs. shrinking? Mine was nearly biscuit size. Won't return to this location. The Cartersville store is nicer with great customer service.
