This place is not as good as they used to be. Don't know what happened. Order a couple Tilapia meals several weeks ago and they were out of baked potatoes. Ok then I ordere the corn on the cob and broccoli and they were terrible, however the fish is always good.ooked in my email and they are now serving flounder?
Go to order the flounder and guess what,it's not on the menu yet! So, I order Tilapia and guess what, it's frozen. Someone forgot to take it out of the freezer last night.

I wanted salmon, but they were out. I ordered the grilled white fish. The rice was really salty. The broccoli had no flavor and the mac and cheese is really not too good. The bread stick was good. The fish was slightly overcooked. I guess it's okay for fast food, but I'm not running back.

Went to Captain D's on Wednesday after work 6:30 thought since it was senior citizens my meal would be HOT..went inside to place order waited lonely than usually about 15 minutes..should've been HOT..got.home live 2 minutes..open container. EVERYTHING WAS COLD GRILL FISH..RICE..BAKE POTATOE..ROLL WAS LIKE A BRICK..IF I WASNT SO TIRED I'D TOOK BACK N THREW INTO THE WINDOW. THIS IS THE EORSE CAPTAIN D'S..ONLY 1 TIME WAS I SASTIFIED. I WANT BE GOING AGAIN.

OMG, the food was awful. Well overly cooked in the fish was dripping or drowning in Oil the chicken Was extremely dry so before you think about spending your money there just know it’s going to be put to a waste and then the sizes of the size they give you is no bigger than a kids meal or less watch out. Make sure they give your debit card back if you pay with one, they might try to keep it like they try doing with mine and don’t call down there. You won’t get no answer it a ring ring and ring and then eventually I answering machine will come on waste your time waste your money and we work too hard for what we do.
Vegetarian options: Well, we know Some items here caters to vegetarians and don’t
Dietary restrictions: I did not see one dietitian re-striction so instead of making it simple to order it makes it a lot harder

Food was completely wrong. Asked for & paid for red velvet cheesecake, got regular cheesecake. Paid for lobster bits, received 3 in the box. Ask to split my payment between cards, had everything charged to one card. Had to be refunded and pay again to get it right. Fries were cold & tasted old.. just very disappointed in my food and i spent $36 for a complete waste and nothing i wanted

THIS PLACE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I submitted a mobile order and tried to pick it up on the drive thru. I was told that all mobile orders had to be picked up in the store. I told the person I was speaking with that I have never had to do that at any store that had a drive thru. I was told by this young black girl, "Baby I am the manager and we don't do that". Not sure if this is taught by management to call customers "baby" when making up your own rules, but upon going into the store I found out she was not the manager. Also, they charge $1.99 for extra sauce. Again making up their own rules. Then on top of that my food was overcooked. Horrible customer service and food quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The guy with the reddish colored hair, whom I'm assuming is the manager, he was working today 7/15 around 12:30-1:00
is great! I go there often and more than once I have seen a Karen or a Kevin asking for the manager and giving him hell because they were charged 99 cents for a certain side. Even though there's a sign by the register which states that some sides are 99 more. He handled those situations with respect and kindness and handled mad customers because they failed to read the sign.... like a pro. He's trying to get orders out, and manage employees, and catching everything from all sides and still managed to smile and act professional. Way to go!

This was first time every Stepping into a Captain D's and I let the gentleman at the counter know it. I stopped here because me and my daughter wanted something to eat. My meal had hair in it but the guy offered me another meal with an extra piece of catfish. I was traveling back to Indianapolis from Valdosta when we stopped here. Being that the chicken is super small on the kids meal they should offer an extra piece of chicken.

This is why this restaurant is struggling! We went to this location tonight at 9:30pm and the worst experience ever at this place. We tried to order jalapeño bites and chicken tenders but they told us they didn’t have any. Ok, so we order a family meal fish and an appetizer of fried pickles which amount to $50. We asked to substitute the hush puppies for bread sticks and cashier (Alicia) said they would only give 4 because they do not substitute hush puppies for bread sticks. Once we pulled to the window, we advised we would pay extra for the bread sticks. We were then told breadsticks only come with grilled combos. We paid for our order and received it, then asked for tartar sauce. Then an Africa American young lady came to the window said they already put tartar sauce in the bag. We said ok, can we get extra tartar sauce and she said it’s some in the bag. We told her that we wanted extra and she said I put extra in the bag, you didn’t look. Really!!! We told her we need more and that we would pay for it. She proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t about the money, that she gave us extra. Ultimately, we asked for a refund after receiving the food and received the refund. So, instead of keeping a customer, this employee would rather argue about what she already did and didn’t want to give extra sauce. This is the reason the restaurant is failing because of terrible employees like this! We eat at this restaurant often, but I’ll just take my business elsewhere going forward if this is how this restaurant allows their employees to treat their customers. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I would give 1 star however I can’t they lie the say they close at 1000 pm but I came at 954 pm and the locked all doors and two people told me they were closed at the window what’s the point of putting false time frames that are not true caption d can’t be trusted if they lie about closing time what else do they lie about is this the type of company you will trust to make your food
