I was visiting from Philadelphia and I decided to stop in to try the fish and shrimp, my two sides were broccoli and green beans. My green beans had hair in them and the shrimp tasted old. This fish was a little hard. My experience was terrible definitely not returning.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The young man that works here has been extremely rude to me. Flat coke and he didn't want to fix it. Food cold and so rubbery I couldn't eat it. I called to speak with manager and young man said he wasn't there and to call back next day, no one ever answered their phone. TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP AND BUY FOOD THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ALL DAY LONG. I finally got hold of the manager, told him what happened and he told me he will check his cameras and deal with his staff, although he would NOT remake my meal that I paid for and could not eat, nor would he refund my money so I have notified corporate.

I stopped in at this location for the first time and when I pulled up to the menu board I was immediately greeted with someone saying, one moment please, which was fine. Five minutes later I asked if anyone was there because I knew there was no one in the drive thru ahead of me, and someone else said they would be with me in just a minute. Finally, someone came on and took my order and I pulled forward. The register at the window wasn't working so they had to ring me up at the counter and that wasn't a problem, technical issues happen. After paying and getting my drink I sat for another few minutes and she came back and asked me to pull forward and she would bring my food out so I did and at this point I'm up to about 15 minutes being the only car in the drive thru. So I pulled up and sat longer and a few minutes later the same person came out and asked me to park in a space, I only ordered a fish sandwich and fries, not a porterhouse and a side of baked sweet potato at a fish restaurant. I told her at that point to bring my food or my money because I was done moving and waiting. A minute later she brought out my fish sandwich when I was getting out of my car to go in and get it myself. I got back in my car and checked the bag and it was missing my fries, so I went in at this point to let them know and the person who took my order said she would get them. I was waiting and another person asked me to show her my receipt, I was about to show her my unchristian side when the other person said that she was getting what I needed. I finally got it and left and started eating while driving down the road. The fish sandwich tasted very fishy, and not in a good way, and the fries were just lukewarm and stale. I'm glad my prayers came true and I didn't have food poisoning but I will never, ever ever ever ever ever, go back there again!
You wait a long time for food and there is also very little food for the same price.

This place is not as good as they used to be. Don't know what happened. Order a couple Tilapia meals several weeks ago and they were out of baked potatoes. Ok then I ordere the corn on the cob and broccoli and they were terrible, however the fish is always good.ooked in my email and they are now serving flounder?
Go to order the flounder and guess what,it's not on the menu yet! So, I order Tilapia and guess what, it's frozen. Someone forgot to take it out of the freezer last night.

I wanted salmon, but they were out. I ordered the grilled white fish. The rice was really salty. The broccoli had no flavor and the mac and cheese is really not too good. The bread stick was good. The fish was slightly overcooked. I guess it's okay for fast food, but I'm not running back.
