I have never ate at this location, but decided to eat it yesterday. I ordered a large Mac and cheese, and was charged $12 and some change for this one item. Upon further investigation, there was 2 items charged on my receipt, a large Mac, and a family Mac. I spoke with the General Manager, and he told me since it was a premium side item, that it’s a $5 and change up charge, mind you, this is not listed on the menu, and refused to give me the difference back, and also kept my receipt. I have the time of purchase on my bank account, and amount for proof, if ticket needs to be recalled. I will never stop back by this location. I am a General Manager in the QSR industry, and this type of service and guest interaction is completely unacceptable, and unbecoming of any brand that wants to grow sales, and increase customer traffic at location. I don’t know if this is corporate or franchise, but whomever is in charge, needs to rethink the leaders they have representing this particular location. (Edit/update). I have reached out to corporate and have yet to get a response.

I went there today to get something off the app. I was having issues with the app and it wasn’t pulling up. I believe the young lady’s name is Shameka and she went out of her way to help me get that corrected. that was refreshing experience because they don’t do that very often anymore so I give her five stars.

The crumbles!!! Yay, not ruin with forced lemon like the other place. A certain comfort, eyes bigger than stomach, meal.Parking: Look for the hotel. You're in the right spot

Just picked up a to go order of a fish and shrimp dinner with 2 sides at Captain Ds. Not sure what is going on with the breading but it is crispy on the outside and somewhat soggy in the inside. Also the fish is off color, kind of gray, and there was NO SHRIMP!!!!!!!

Probably the nicest D's I've been to in my life. I get the bar is low. But it's clean, the staff is lovely, and the food hot and fresh. That's getting harder to come by in fast food.

We were passing through and ate here... the place is clean and beautiful, feels very inviting! Ali (the GM) does an amazing job... he digs in and works as hard as anybody, prepares food, personally delivers food to the tables, checks on guests and is genuinely curious about their needs and joy. One thing that threw me off was the young man taking orders and running the register, I'm not sure of his name and he's probably a nice man, but I'm not sure that front counter is his specialty... he seems frustrated taking your order, when asking what sides there are he pointed like he was annoyed at the list, he seems angry at the computer as he's literally hitting in the orders lol maybe he was just having a bad day, we legit thought he was unable to speak at first... It was a bit intimidating and made me feel like a burden, esp when I needed to return to the counter for something. But Ali is doing an amazing job and I felt relief when he came around! I know with his determination and amazing work ethic, the sky is the limit for how well this place can soar! I gave 5 stars despite the intimidating front counter guy because Ali and everything else was so amazing.

Worst customer service. People running the store are NOT friendly. The lady taking orders and handling the take out boxes was wearing her own personal gloves for warmth but handling the food containers...not clean. Order was incorrect and cold and no resolution was offered.

I sat in line 30 minutes to get my food in which I got no receipt for, and when I got home to finally eat it, I took one bite and threw up in the box! The fish was rotten and old and the tartar sauce was yellow and runny (separated) all old expired food!! I’m sick at my stomach and mad because no one is answering the phone and I can’t get a refund because they gave me no receipt! This place is disgusting! Bodega quality food!!!

Just had the worst experience with store 364753 on baker grove rd nw the manager and the driver through worker was horrible spoke to me as if the didn't care he even raised his voice I asked for a number to call he stated leave a review she proceeded to shut the drive through window in my face while I was talking. I would like for someone to contact me for this corporation because this is out of hand.
