Overpriced average food. Cant adjust the temperature of the water in the bathroom, burned my kids hands. Had to clean off my own table, all if them were dirty. The remodel looks and feels like a McDonalds.

I love chick fil a and this location has always delivered quality food and service. However, the parking lot and drive through are often an absolute nightmare. It's confusing that they shut down for months to introduce a mobile drive through but it doesn't seem to have improved anything. Often the mobile line is longer than regular drive through line, and if I want to go inside I sometimes have to park at Walgreens

What the crap is this mobile thru ? I got my food way before the first in line and had to wait an additional 10 min stuck behind Why couldn't they be moved forward past the caution sign? Or reserved spot, which was empty

Congratulations !!! if making it worst for online customers was your goal! Then a job well done! You got rid of the curbside, fine , but now you have to wait in the long drive through lines just to get to the mobile through line, then , wait even longer behind other cars
One day, the mobile line was open at the entrance to then find out abruptly that we were forced into the line. With no one letting us through , it took us even longer
I avoid this location like the plague
The one on 41 is much better since curbside is still there

The mobile only drive thru line makes no sense and is VERY inefficient
After all the construction they still haven’t made drive thru and mobile thru better. The mobile thru still have to wait for all the drive thru people to get into the lane because the pole barriers are keeping mobile thru from accessing the lane easily. They need to open mobile thru from the other side so we don’t have to wait behind all the drive thru people.

This chick-fill-a is very clean and sanitized. Their tables and chairs are spotless! The food is very well served and orders go quick and easy here; even though there might be a long line, the food is always worth the wait!

All those renovations just to turn the parking lot into a logistical nightmare. Choosing mobile thru is no faster, you still have to sit in a line of cars- oh and no curbside. Real nice guys, make it as hard as possible to buy food.
