Visited on October 5th and had over half of my order missing. Immediately reached out to Chick-fil-A cares customer service for a refund for the missing items. They stated they cannot refund and that it must be escalated to the operator of the location and that the store would reach out to me. No one ever reached out and I have now contacted Chick-fil-A cares three times regarding the matter with still no contact from the location. Very unfair treatment of employees.
They hire new employees at $12 or $13/hour, while teens who’ve worked there for 2 years are still making $10/hr..
They will take your money but will not give you all of your food. People keep saying other places should take after them but at lest you get all your food with the other places. Then when you call them they are unwilling to give you a refund. Guess I will be calling back to stop payment.
