I had such a great experience at the Chick-fil-A Acworth location on Cobb Parkway! I stopped in around lunchtime, so as expected, it was very busy. I waited for a table for about five minutes, and one of the employees, Jade, noticed and went out of her way to help me. She not only found me a table but also cleaned it off, making sure everything was ready for me to sit comfortably. She was incredibly kind and attentive, helping without being asked, which made such a difference!
I mentioned to her that we usually go to the Mars Hill location, but since it’s closed for construction, we decided to come here. This location is definitely busier than what we're used to, but the service was just as amazing. The restaurant was very clean, well-maintained, and I loved all the fresh flowers—they really add a nice touch!
Huge shoutout to Jade for her kindness and great customer service. It’s small things like this that make Chick-fil-A stand out.

Great experience, awesome sandwich, and delicious shake. Had to deduct two stars for the awful tasting and stale fries. That almost never happens here. Tonight it did, so three stars today.
This location's Drive-thru is too congested. For dining in, it's too much trouble trying to find a parking space. Also, please please stop over cooking the waffle fries. They are too hard and dry.

Food was good but I was heavily disappointed in the service at this location. Specifically this one short blonde girl with a slick back ponytail, she barely even made eye contact, was short with me as well as full on disrespectful when I asked her for a straw. Somewhere that advertises excellent customer service should never have employees that treat their customers with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I've never felt like my presence was a chore but she made sure of it today. Will be going to other locations from now on.

I came for a pickup for my food and completely realized that it was a pickup for inside and not curbside. I was able to flag down one of the employees that was dropping off for another curbside pickup and I informed them about this. They were nice enough to go inside and pick it up for me. Absolutely highly recommend this place the people are amazing and of course the food is great.
