The level of customer of care was truly impressive and always with a smile which puts the service at a whole other level these are the types of people that we need to be teaching others including your managers on how to act and treat people as being a true pleasure to serve than another task and chore to do

I never thought I would leave a one star for somewhere I frequent but this is how irritated I am by my most recent order. This is just to help this location train their staff to pay attention to people’s orders. When I make an online order and request not to add certain things to my order, I really expect to get what I paid for. When I get a salad and ask for no “crushed red bell peppers” that doesn’t mean put two bags of them in there and not give me any dressing. Now I’m 10+ miles away at work, with a bare naked salad that I now have to waste because I’m not bold enough to eat it like a rabbit and my lunch is ruined because I don’t have enough time to get anything else. I really appreciate it.

I would give this CFA less than one star if I could. Their operations team doesn’t know anything, they ruin things cross contaminate things thing give you a free small hash brown. The managers can’t decide if you can use the free sand which card in the drive through, if gift cards or merchandise can be sold. 0/10

Dine in. Fast, efficient, friendly, great food. Chose to order inside. Courteous counter order placed, staff brings to your table. Hot and fresh. Tables were cleaned as quickly as become available. Highly recommend.

Lazy drive through employees who were not friendly and looked angry to be taking my order like I inconvenienced them by ordering. Did not read my order back to me and missed a sandwich in the order. I have never had this bad of service at Chick-fil-A and will not be returning
