Best Chick-Fil-A in my area. The employees are the reason. The morning crew cant be topped. I will miss Livi, who is by far the best in customer service, kindness, and jusy overall wonderful.

Dine in. Fast, efficient, friendly, great food. Chose to order inside. Courteous counter order placed, staff brings to your table. Hot and fresh. Tables were cleaned as quickly as become available. Highly recommend.

Lazy drive through employees who were not friendly and looked angry to be taking my order like I inconvenienced them by ordering. Did not read my order back to me and missed a sandwich in the order. I have never had this bad of service at Chick-fil-A and will not be returning

Went through the drive through without anyone taking our order. Then the young black girl told me I had to go back through the drive through, I refused and when I did she clapped her hands and walked off mumbling. A few minutes later she returned asking me to move into parking spot 1 and someone would be out to get my long awaited order. Mind you no apologies or anything just straight disrespect so far.
Another young lady walks out to take my order and I ask her if I can buy a gift card with my meal but she states she can because she doesn't have any on her person. I asked if she sells chicken sandwiches and she said yes but then I pointed out to her she isn't carrying any chicken sandwiches so how can she sell them. It proved too difficult of a task so I just went inside and stood in line again to purchase a gift card but no food due to the prior experiences I've lost my appetite. I spoke to a manager and shared my experience and told her I wanted nothing but to share this frustrating experience. First bad experience at a chick filet ever.
Also I don't have Facebook, so you'll have to do better for any further contact.

Cashier threw my gift card away with money still on it. Even after asking for help, issue never got fixed. Disrespectful with money.

I normally love coming to Chick-fil-A, but ever since Mikayla became a team leader, the experience has gone completely downhill. She has an absolutely awful attitude and acts like she’s better than everyone else — including the customers. I witnessed her roll her eyes when I politely asked for extra sauce, and she consistently messes up orders everytime I come by and then blames her coworkers. The professionalism is completely gone when she’s working. Honestly, I’m shocked that someone like her is in any sort of leadership role. I hope management seriously re-evaluates who they’re putting in charge, because Mikayla is ruining the reputation of what used to be a well-run location. I know I will not be coming back. Ridiculous.

This review for is management and the Owners. This used to be a Christ centered business, but its moved into just another money grab. You see it across the board. This instance has to do with not being able to get a gift card in the drive thru. So instead of trying to work with me to get a gift card for a teacher who's relative passed away this week, they want me to get my infant out of the car, just to come swipe a card. There's so much wrong with this picture and none of it says Jesus or even customer service. Chick fil a has gone down hill and I truly don't think they care!
