I’ve been to dozens of Chick-fil-A’s and this one is so shamefully and egregiously ran that I genuinely cannot believe that Chick-fil-A allows it to operate in this condition. Staff are frequently rude, unprepared, and downright unpleasant to speak to.If you’re craving cold food and crude service, this is the place to go. Otherwise, you’re better off at any other CFA in the country.

We have been going here for years. Even though line is usually long the attendees keeps line moving quickly and efficiently. Food is always hot and fresh. Maybe a little to salty for people with high blood pressure. It's okay from time to time. My son and grandson loves the nuggets. Also my order is never wrong. Crazy huh.
I order the same thing all the time, a strawberry frosted diet lemonade... How come MOST of the time they always forget the strawberry??? It's literally the first thing listed lol.. but they always fix it and always

Kid-friendliness: My grandkids love this Chic-fil-A! They love to place their own orders, the play area and meeting new friends in the play area. While they are playing I get to eat & read my Book! They are happy and GiGi is Happy. We try to go at least once a week! ❤️
Clean, friendly staff. We let the 2yr play in play area. Great that they have a indoor play area, especially for those rainy day on the go with kids. Use to work for them and still love the food.

Order # 10879935, Feb 27, 2024 I ordered 2 Cobb Salads with Grilled Chicken. They gave me two Cobb Salads with breaded nuggets. And worse than that most of what they were passing off as nuggets were just the little Crispies, the fried edges that have no chicken. Someone in the Moring who made these salads thought it was good to prepare the Salad this way. The worst part is this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Also the other ingredients that make up a Cobb Salad besides lettuce were very minimal.

So a while back ago I complained because I found plastic in my Mac n cheese whichOk that would be terrible if I was a child but I found it and mistakes happen. However, last week I got food poisoning. The service is fine but this risk of eating the food at this location is wild to me. I will not be returning and highly recommend moms check through the food before giving it to your child if you do go here or just avoiding the risk all together.

I've noticed the food has taken a turn for the worst.The sandwiches I ordered were overcooked and dry.Everything that I ordered to go on my sandwich wasn't thereMy child could have probably done a better job making these sandwiches.I doubt if I ever go back
