Really love Chili's! The shrimp fajitas are my favorite and of course I love the chips and salsa! My husband always orders the quesadillas and seems to enjoy them! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they haven't had apple juice the last two times we've been there and the women's bathroom needed a little bit of cleaning. Otherwise, I really enjoy this location!
Kid-friendliness: Yes! The waitress was very kind with my kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! Definitely easy for wheelchair users to get around!

My husband and I frequent chilis and love their 3 for me. We normally have had great experience up until this recent visit. We order thru the app and pick up at the to go. We asked for extra ranch for our salads and had we not, we would not had gotten ANY ranch. Our food was cold. My husbands street corn was burnt and both of our burgers were over cooked as well. The salad was definitely not fresh as it usually is. We received no utensils or napkins although they were requested. We love Chilis and I'm not sure what was going on with them last night, maybe it was just an off night, who knows, but it was such a disappointing experience. ? I hope they do better in the future.

They charged us $1 per sour cream in a little cup and then took it off when we asked. However, they tried to use the excuse that it has to be done for inventory. Many times we've been to Chili's in other places and we've never been charged for sour cream. What a load of crap!
Also the waiter was nice but he almost poked me in the face. He mumbled a lot and was very difficult to understand. Was mildly attentive but struggled with the tablet system. We stood in silence for a minute and a half while he figured out our order standing over our table.
We DoorDash or curbside pick up a couple times a month and always get the Big Mouth burgers. They are always consistently good.

This is one of our family's go to places for an easy meal, a quick get together with friends, or a last minute date night.
The staff is generally exceptional and personable. The food choices are great. And the prices aren't bad either.
Remember to use your Chilis Club discount to get free bottomless free chips and salsa! If not that, then use it for a free non-alcoholic beverage!

Dietary restrictions: Even when limited due to cleaner eating or diet restrictions I've never had an issue finding something to eat here.
Parking: Lots of parking, though limited up from there is additional in the back and overflow in the shopping center behind. Never without a spot to park. And able to drop family at the door so not everyone has to walk if that is a need for your loved ones. ?
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome, have been dining here for 20+ years and the staff does great with kids. This was a great place to let my kids learn how to speak to wait staff, ask questions , and learn to order on their own.
And there is lots of space in the restaurant so even if kids are there, it isn't closed in, where it gets too loud.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility and accommodations for wheelchair users.
