Door Dash OrderI ordered the Oldtimer® w/Cheese* with some pink and fries. The burger was not cooked to order and instructions were not read or followed. The burger was overcooked and burned to the point that the cheese did not melt. The cheese was burned on the patty and was dark brown. There was no 'cheese pull' and the cheese separated right from the bread. As a matter of fact, some of the bread stuck to the cheese. There was one small slice of an underripe tomato. The burger looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp with the cheese on it since the start of lunch service, and I ordered about 8:30 pm. The fries were barely warm. I didn't attempt to eat the mess that was boxed up for me, just like the Chili's Grill & Bar cook did not attempt to cook me a fresh, hot meal. I tossed it and got a refund from Door Dash.

There will never be another like Kristin. She is grade +A, top of the line, white glove service worker. Needed I say more about the fun laughs, she leaves us with, as she serves you in the most polite mannerisms. I have been a fan of Chillis’ street corn for a while. The added great customer services is the reason I keep coming back for more.

It seems that Chili's has been on a downward spiral since COVID, and that culminated in this latest visit. Not sure if it was this particular location or Chili's as a franchise, but I believe that I am done. Fajita Trio was not good like it used to be. Steak was hammered and overcooked, chicken was dry, and shrimp were rubbery. Served luke-warm, no sizzle, just there. Their Nashville Hot chicken wings were mild spiced at best, maybe a mistake? Either way, we weren't sending anything back as we had somewhere to be, and the frustration and time suck did not feel worthwhile. So we cut our losses, paid the bill, and left. Sorry Chili's we won't be back anytime soon, if ever.
The worst dining experience I have ever had. Didn't have hair in out food once but twice in the same night. Ribs that I ordered which are close to $20 were terrible, chewy and cold. Can not recommend anyone dinning here until they get their kitchen straighten out.

Came to chilis for a birthday dinner last night as it's usually an easy no fuss, please everyone sort of place. And they were just not on their game last night :( Part of my entree did not arrive with the rest of my plate. And our drinks did not come throughout our whole meal. So it just wasn't very enjoyable with a dry throat. We eventually said cancel the drinks because we were done eating and asked for the bill with the items we did not receive taken off. He said it would be a bit before the manager could take them off because she was busy. So then we waited and they acted like they did us a favor taking things of our bill when we just wanted them off because we did not receive it at all. Really surprised the manager did not come over herself to apologize for the poor service because i was honestly really surprised at what happened. Long waits, no drinks, didn't receive what we ordered. Wow. We left feeling pretty slighted and let down. Won't be back to Chilis until they tighten up.

Ordered some food to be delivered and what i got was the most disappointing plate, i wanted rice and it looks like they just scraped old rice in my food, if i pay for 20$ of food why did i get a portion of rice equal to a size of a chicken crispers.
