The meat portions are getting very small. They use to pile it on there. Now they give you half of what they use to. I mean, c’mone, we are spending 20-30 dollars for a bowl. Quit cheating on meat. You get 2 HUGE spoons of rice.

We catered with them last week. When you pickup just make sure you identify yourself as a cater pickup. They also forgot our rice and queso. They called and told us about the queso but still forgot the rice. Food was up to standards.

Went in this morning and I have to say- the staff was so incredibly friendly this am! Everything was clean, tidy, fast and friendly. The staff talked to me and really brightened my day! The time they took to be considerate and kind was impressive! I feel like life is so rushed and people forget to just be people- to connect- to actually make eye contact and talk! It was so refreshing and wonderful to have such courteous people who were helpful and engaging! Thank yall! Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter!

Just got home and they forgot to put some of my items in the bag. The line cooks were too preoccupied gossiping and complaining about a woman having to go to the car for her purse to pay they couldn’t focus on my order and give me all my items. Not to mention I can’t call corporate because they didn’t give me my receipt. I tried calling the store and nobody answers. Major flop tonight. Choose a different Chipotle.

The staff was busy with the receipt tape, the vegetables were scrapings from the bottom of an empty pan. They were very skimpy, with the portions the veggie bowl was a few scoops of cilantro free rice, about a 1/4 cup of black beans a bit more than a tablespoon of onions with one pepper piece in it, zero mushrooms. Not what I am used to with this chain.

Noooooooo!!! Never in my 39 years of life have I gotten so sick from eating fast food until now! This was my first AND LAST time ever eating Chipotle. As soon as I got done eating this, I got chills and felt so nauseous! Then I projectile vomited all of it back up!! It was terrible! Stay away from Chipotle!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭
