I've only came here a few times and every time I'm here I'm always waiting over 15 minutes. 6 cars came after me and left before me and all I ordered was a plain chicken sandwich and fries. SMH, y'all need do better

Sherry and Delaina, as well as the entire staff, I encountered were exceptional. So friendly, caring and personable. I was working nearby for a month for Operation Christmas Child and would go for lunch several times a week. The fish, slaw and crinkle fries were my favorites. I’m planning on driving an hour to see them again and eat at this location. Thanks for the love!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink thru the drive through window. They had me park to the side for 10 minutes before they brought my order. Well, the chicken “sandwich” had no bun; just a piece of chicken with lettuce and tomato in a box. When I went back to the window the employees stared at me through the window but wouldn’t acknowledge me. I threw my order out the window and left.
They didn’t purposefully screw up my order; they just didn’t care.

Had nowhere for us to park our truck with trailer besides a bunch of empty unmarked spots. After parking we were demanded to move so drive thru could use those spots instead. The drive thru was completely empty with no customers in sight and yet... Alas, avoid this Culver's if you're traveling with anything bigger than a VW

We don't have a Culvers near us so this was my first time ever trying it and without a very lengthy review because I'm literally still sitting in the parking lot enjoying my delicious dinner, lol, Five Stars!!! The drive through was fast and even though I was pulled up my shake (which was an amazing salted caramel) came out before I was even in park, and my food came out hot and fresh just behind it. I encountered four different employees of which were all professional and courteous and kind! This place obviously has a top shelf manager and these guys know what they are doing and did it well! Thanks a million!
