Decided to go inside due to long line at drive-thru. Was there for 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me or asked to take my order. Went out and got in my car and went to drive-thru. 2 cars were in front of me waiting to place order and waited 5 minutes. Still no one taking orders!! I will never stop at this place again!

I don’t know who owns the Dairy Queen in Acworth, Georgia, it’s the worst one I’ve ever visited my entire life At 69. We went through the drive-through wanted to order a Chocolate blizzard with Heath candy and they said they didn’t serve chocolate ice cream so they whipped together some concoction with chocolate flavoring. That was a total mess.
Then we asked If they had some of their ice cream sandwiches, they said they did not, we asked if they had anything similar to that she says I don’t know? How do you not know never going back there ever again!!
STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION.....We ordered 2 blizzards, which are almost $7 each just to be served a sloppy soupy mess. What happened to blizzards being thick and the staff turning them upside down to show you they are made right. We went through the drive through so they had lids on them. We didn't realize what a sloppy mess until half way home, they started dripping in our laps (through a drink carrier). I called immediately when we got home to report the issue, only for the phone to ring and ring and then be hung up on. If we could give less than 1 star we would. Pissed off is an understatement! DQ do better or go ahead and shut your doors. Ridiculous!

This particular Dairy Queen is unreliable and untrustworthy. I NEVER get an order from them delivered without something. They ALWAYS send the order missing a major part without notifying anyone.
Didn’t mix my blizzard at all just through everything on top and put a lid on it. Also just gave me incorrect change and kept my coins. At least ask dawg

Would not recommend ordering from this place I did an Uber eats order and I ordered at 9:15 a.m. close until 10:00.
Uber driver told me they refused to give him my order that they were closed. While trying to get ahold of customer service to cancel the order without being charged a second driver arrived to pick up the order and again they refused to give her my order. I don't think they should be a merchant for Uber eats.
Made a mobile order and selected the location near to me and the app changed to this location without asking me and the order went through before I knew it. Called them 45 times to try and cancel the order and still not even able to speak with anyone even though I know they are open and ignoring the phone calls. they probably ate my blizzards and fries and will claim I picked it up.

We went through the drive through and the I ordered a mint heath blizzard ( a little odd I get it 🤣) however the employee taking our order continued using the n word, asking if I was dumb, and using explicit language to express his confusion. I get it’s a weird order, I would be surprised too, but is this really what we are doing now?

Been to this location twice two days in a row for my pregnent wife just to get a DQ cupcake and ice cream. The first time we arrived at 10.20 (they close at 11) and was told they are not selling anymore ice cream for the night. Crazy it's a dairy queen. The next day came to get the cupcake and was told they don't have any made at the moment. We asked the guy who took our order if it was any possible for someone to make it for us we don't mind to wait and then was told they stop selling it at this location. So there is a lie somewhere. Not coming back. How hard is it to get dessert at a dessert place.
