Wingstop for a blizzard on Sunday, I wish I would have looked at the store, before I paid for our blizzard, this was one of the nastiest, disgusting, restaurants I have ever been in, and the giy handed me my spoon from the side you eat with, he lost his dang mind, got another one myself, I think you may need a tetanus shot just to use the bathroom no soap no paper towels had to wipe the table off just to sit down and didn't even use it it looks like a fairly new place and also the people on the counter taking orders need to take their earbuds out so they can hear you while you order use your own judgment they will never get another dime of my money, if I could give Zero ⭐️s I would.

The peanut butter parfait has at least doubled in price. I wish they offered a receipt. Went through the drive thru and service was slow.

This Dairy Queen is by far one of the nastiest ones I’ve ever visited. There was trash all in the bushes in front of the store and the restrooms were disgusting. The guy at the counter barely acknowledged me standing there waiting to tell him I placed an order online. The ice cream was good and not melted, but I won’t return.

So disappointed to wait in drive thru for 10 minutes only to discover an employee wiping grease on their shirt from ungloved hands that has been touching all of the food.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. 2 small blizzards totaling almost $12 and they were not edible. Ice cream was soupy after sitting in my home freezer for 2 hours. Texture was odd also. Turtle blizzard had nuts and what looked like a swirl of caramel. No chocolate cone dip. And the ingredients were only on the top of the blizzard. The rest was plain soft serve. I really can't blame the store. We keep coming back thinking there will be a better product but we are disappointed EVERY time. This DQ has lost our business permanently. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for your DQ fix.

I’m not even the type to write a review concerning discrimination, but what my kids and I just experienced was blatant discrimination at this establishment. I will be speaking with the local media outlets concerning my story so I will not explain here. But. What I will say is that we will NOT be back. They cannot “explain” this away.

This is now the second time we have gone here and the ice cream machine is broken. For this being a pretty new Dairy Queen you would think they wouldn’t have as many issues as they do. Super frustrating when u wait in a line around the building then get up to drive through just to be told there is no ice cream ….. management/owners need to fix this if they want customers to come

Tonight is the second time I’ve come to get a sweet fix and their ice cream machine isn’t working. DQ may have actual food, but it’s known for its ice cream. And how can you be an ice cream shop without the ice cream? Starting to get on the same level as McDonald’s. 😒

Our Blizzards were soft and melted, given to us right side up. The sign in the window said, "if not given upside down the next one is free". The teller said, "We don't have that here". And didn't give us a receipt. We called corporate and are waiting for a response.

My wife just drove to this DQ to get some ice cream. You know… the thing DQ is known for! Get this, they told her “we’re not serving ice cream right now.” No explanation why. Not “our machine is broken” not “we ran out.” They just…aren’t serving ice cream. DQ not serving ice cream is like McDonald’s not serving burgers.

I have not eaten at a dairy Queen in years,so I decided to give it another try my fryers were over cooked 😞 and my burger was dry, it was as if they didn't care how it was prepared 🤔very disappointed 😔

I came to Dairy Queen just because. As I was ordering there were 2 people circling the building multiple times making it very difficult to hear. Which apparently they’ve been circling the building a couple of hours. Come to find out it was 2 employees and their friends. As I told them to stop as the circling was raising my anxiety. The female who works there proceeded to catch an attitude and tell me to never come back. I park and they both scatter back inside to do their jobs. Malachi, Abode, and Austin were all very helpful during the situation and fixed it. I will only deal with this Dairy Queen if those 3 are working other than that, they won’t get business from me.

Not a good experience we went there twice both times the ice cream for the blizzard was runny very liquidity service was poor.
