I really liked this location when they first opened but like most fast food places, it too just lacks. Tonight we got 2 blizzards, kids ice cream cup, & a dipped cone. They gave us a kids cone & when we said it’s suppose to be a cup, they guy literally just put the cone in a blizzard top. My snickerdoodle blizzard was strictly cinnamon. And it was all on top. When I got home I poured it into a bowl to mix it better. Didn’t helped. Just grainy cinnamon flavored ice cream. And just poor customer service.

One of the worst lunches we've had anywhere. Restaurant was not busy, but the girl taking our order at the register kept leaving to perform other tasks elsewhere, even in the middle of us placing our order. We tried to use a coupon code for a free blizzard for completing a survey from a previous visit, but the older woman who came from the back to help the girl at the counter said that it was only good at a Dairy Queen at a different location. When we got the food, it was not good. We asked for extra crispy fries, but they were not. The "gravy" that came with my wife's chicken strips was extremely watered down. It was basically the consistency of water. It seemed like the owners were trying to save money by thinning out the "gravy" to make it stretch. I ordered the parmesan garlic chicken strip basket. The sauce was extremely salty. I almost didn't wan't to finish it. It's very rare for me not to finish a meal. Finally, the freezer case displaying the ice cream cakes seemed like it was broker. It looked like several cakes on the bottom had partially collapsed from melting.

Everything about this facility is just okay. Each time we've been, which is becoming further and further apart, the dining area is hit or miss and the bathrooms are atrocious. Very rarely are the bathrooms actually stocked.

Discombobulated. Workers standing around confused. Simple order 2 blizzards. After 10min I go to counter, nowhere to be found. They give me some other order’s melted one. I mostly finished the melted one second one still missing. So again they give me a larger size from someone else. Staff can’t talk to guys making blizzards because they don’t speak English. No one had a clue. Won’t go back. Pathetic.
I visited after work, it was an extremely long line as always but it was particularly frustrating today as the lady who took my order was rude, kept cutting me off before I could even finish, got my order entirely wrong, and then by the time I made it up to pay, held my card for over 10 minutes with no explanation, wouldn’t tell me what was going on and then finally shoved my card and receipt out the window without so much as an explanation or apology.I used to work in food, I understand a dinner rush or being overwhelmed but theres a difference between overwhelmed and incapable of doing her job properly and unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had issue with this drive thru employeeI just pulled in the drive as I got home which is when I noticed my order was wrong. I ordered the back yard bbq bacon burger and ended up just getting a double cheeseburger with no bbq bacon or ranch which are the three biggest things that make the burger what it is. I also ordered a 4 count of tenders and I got 2 and some toast??I don’t know what was going on tonight but I will not be returning to this location after all of this

This place is my go to during my lunch break. I’m only giving it a one star today because I spent 30 minutes in the drive-through line until I got to the microphone. I felt so bad for the lady on the other end because she was all alone, dealing with a line of people inside and outside. Apparently everybody decided to call off and left her alone to handle everything. Whoever she was, she deserves something good. Because she obviously cares about her job and the company, unlike the rest of the employees. I hope Dairy Queen does right by her.

After waiting for over 10 mins for the 2 cars in front of me to get food I see THE MANAGER take God know how old onion rings & microwave them before giving them to me. When I asked for a refund they offered to drop fresh rings for me. I waited in line long enough for them to cook 2 separate fresh batches but I only gst offered fresh food after complaining. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered the blizzard of the month, mint brownie. I got a large. It was $7.50 after tax, it took about 12 minutes in the drive through and that’s not counting how ever long it was for the two people in front of me, this place moved very slow. Discovered the ice cream is vanilla with mint syrup mixed in instead of mint ice cream. The bottom half was still vanilla, there were probably 100 brownie chunks in it and I’m not exaggerating, so not much ice cream and the brownie chunks were not very good. Way too many. The man that took my card was eating donuts and licking his fingers then handed me my blizzard and spoon and napkins, I threw those away. This place lacks professionalism. Idk I’m not from here but you be the judge of that experience and the price for a blizzard with less than half the cup being actual ice cream.It had a lid on it but I took it off for the photo, this was 15 seconds later in the parking lot that I took it. I would not recommend this artificial blizzard or this location.
