I've been ordering pizza from this location for over two years, and this is the second time they've delivered my pizza after two hours. It makes me mad that they don't call to say they'll deliver the pizza late. I'll never order here again.!!!

Usually my favorite Dominos to order from until they gave 2 of my pizzas to a random person and it took me 31 minutes to get them to undo their mistake. The white hills have eyes girl with no teeth also hung up on me mid conversation due to me wanting my money back. 0/5 stars for her.

I've ordered here about every other week for years and I've had enough. Things have gotten so bad. As bad as the store is the customers are even worse. Long lines of idiotic people waiting to ask if their pizza is done that are too stupid to check the pizza tracker. If it doesn't say complete THEN DONT ASK. I'm not dumb, so I order online, pay online, and I wait till it says done to come inside to get it like an actual reasonable and decent human being. But the store is just clueless, they have no system of lines to differentiate between orders and pickups, often there is no one to help you so you just stand there helpless. They don't use the dominos app or online where you check in and head to the counter so they know you have arrived, thet apparently don't look (or care) because it does absolutely nothing. I just had to argue with them when they told me my pizza wasn't done, so I showed them the tracker and it was miraculously found 3 seconds later. I dread if I ever tried to get them to bring it out to the car, you might be there for a few hours. Time estimate is never right, often says 15 min and takes over an hour. A large pizza is now about the size of a small a few years ago too. Just a mess at this location.

The last five pizzas I've ordered from there have been burnt and I've had to cancel my order. The staff is rude and unresponsive. They stand around, staring at everybody, standing at the counter, waiting to pick up their order. This place needs some management.

I ordered a pizza delivery at 5:33 pm. At 8:49 it had still not arrived. Called twice and they first said I never ordered it. But my charge card says otherwise . They were canceling my order and then he said it would be on the way. Never happened. Terrible service and attitude. I’ll never know about the pizza because I will never order Dominoes again. What a joke

I'm giving a negative review for 2 reasons. 1) I called this dominos baker rd acworth ga about the pizza I got yesterday. The lady who answered the phone is excellent. However when the manager took my call he wouldn't listen ,& hung up on me before I could agree with him that it was my mistake. Customers should never be hung up on. Or talked down to. 1 star for the manager.
2) I made a mistake ordering the flavor pizza I wanted. The online ordering was confusing. I clicked extravaganza but apparently a double cheese pizza was ordered. My mistake.

nobody answers that phone line bruh 😭. they’ve also canceled my order 30min after ordering it and their excuse was they were about to close yet they “baked” it already .
