Excellent donuts and even better service. Joy was amazing and she plays the best music. I had the chance to come in and experience this amazing shop while on vacation. I will differently be back. 5 star service

We went today to try Duck Donuts (location Dayton, Ohio)for the first time. I walked in carrying a coupon that I received in the mail from a local realtor who I know prsonally. Before I even made it to the counter, the girl at the register said "I have bad news for you, we're under new management and won't take your coupon". I said are you kidding? I just drove an HOUR to get here and you won't honor the coupon? She said no, sorry. I refused to even try the product. Even if you are under new management, the fact that you won't honor a coupon that this realtor PAID for is awful! Clearly the new management is no good. Thank you for ruining Saturday for me and my family.

I love a donut or 2 every now and then with a fresh cup of coffee. I got a boardwalk and another fan favorite. My 1st bite to my last tasted like I was eating pure sugar. I would think kids would love them but much too sweet for me. For my money it’s Jupiter donuts every time.

This is my new favorite doughnut shop! The blueberry strudel doughnuts is SO GOOD! Employees are super friendly & everything is very fresh. Definitely recommend… so much tastier than Dunkin’!!

when i walked in, the cashier was very friendly in how he greeted us. As it was our first time, he kindly showed us the menu and how things worked. We decided on the 4 donuts and the cashier made them fresh. overall i enjoyed my experience there. 8/10 would recommend.
The donuts are cake donuts made to order but the process is SLOW!! Only 3 employees and 1 left after 18 minutes. 32 minutes to get a dozen donuts is insane

Duck Donuts went above and beyond with their service. I needed donuts for a bridal shower in a certain theme and color. Emailing them was so easy and they responded fast. They worked with me to make this perfect batch! They even did test donuts and sent me a picture to see what ones I would like/ dislike or even add to. They truly made this first time experience special, I recommend them definitely and will be coming back. Thank you guys!
