Dunkin'

Bought 50 munchkins, received 35. I was told the guy miscounted them. Not with 2 or 3, but with 15! First, when I asked for the manager, I was told that SHE is not there at the moment, a couple of minutes later, a guy came stating he is the manager. He was rude and very unpleasant. There is something completely wrong with this store!

This particular owner of these specific Dunkin’ Donuts in this area Dallas, Acworth thought it was a good idea to stop selling the best donut they have and the donut the actually put them on the May 40 years ago. The vanilla crème stuffed powdered sugar donut. Not sure what going on his head but on a Facebook neighborhood post there are a lot of people complaining. This is a huge neighborhood and there are 100s of people chiming in. When I asked why they discontinued at these locations I was told because people get upset when they run out and they basically only run out of these particular donuts. So you have something that sells and sells well so you discontinue it in hopes that people will start buying the other ones. That was real smart lol. They will be losing a lot of customers hope it was worth it. Now be driving further away to get the actual good donuts.

Looks like the guy with the Indian accent is not in the mood of selling his donuts. Flat affect, plus missing order. Other than that, the ladies making coffee are quick and efficient.

Worst service how they out of vanilla Kreme donuts and he said out of vanilla Kreme rest of the day and I'll never come back again:(☹️

We ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bagel was rock hard, it was hardly edible...I don't know who is doing quality assurance but they are severely lacking.

The sweetest girls were working this morning. I placed a mobile order for the wrong location and they were so helpful taking care of *my mistake* they remade my order and were so friendly about it.

This location always gets my coffee order right.

Coffee from this location does not have the Dunkin quality. It always tastes bitter and burnt. They are not doing something right.

My latte was metallic tasting and not good. My bagel was not very fresh tasting either. I basically took a few sips of my drink and tossed it, then a few bites of the bagel and tossed it, I ate my donut, it tasted like a grocery store donut tho, not like a donut shop donut. Overall, I'm disappointed in dd these days. I used to get the best lattes bagels and donuts at DD but ingredients have definitely changed. 😩
