This is my favorite Dunkin. The service is always super fast and friendly. I know when Estella and Eli are working it will be super fast. The refreshers are amazing at this location. I am a teacher and even my students call this location the best Dunkin in the area.

This location is awful. Drinks are usually nasty and customer service is unprofessional.This Manager/Owner on duty Sunday, April 7th around 1:30pm screamed out of the window as were driving off that “You don’t matter either”. Some great customer service here.Your customers are the ones keeping your business up and running. Regretfully to say, this is the worst Dunkin Donut franchise to exist. The owner/manager that was working today Sunday 04/07/2024 at 1:30 PM was condescending, unprofessional, and lacked sincere empathy. All over a $5 coffee drink.This is not to deter anyone from going to this location. This is just to share to be informed this location is not customer satisfaction driven and their leadership is poorly lacking.Spotlight on Bryan - He is the most kind consistent employee they have. He is always smiling and shows genuine care through his exceptional customer service.Even though my family will never return to this location after being treated so harshly we do hope he is promoted to be the positive example of how to treat people while doing business with integrity.

Just came through the drive thru and havent left a yelp review in years. They forgot to ring up one of our drinks, lady at window just looks at us like we are crazy and imaginated ordering another drink, bagel minis were covered in black burnt specks and tasted like burnt oven, and the one drink we managed to get taste awful, dont think they addrd the flavoring I ordered in it at all. I will completely avoid this location from now on bc to pay 15$ for that is ridiculous.
