I have ordered from this place several times and keep getting cancelled on door dash.. every time I order I look to see if they are open and google says yes but I get a cancellation from door dash due to them being closed ?? With?? Get it together!!

We stopped in because we saw the 4.5 star rating. Wishes we had read the last 3 reviews first. (Make sure to sort by newest first) Were thinking the place changed management in order to go from great to terrible. Some of the ice cream had obviously melted and been refrozen. So we chose two flavors that looked fine. And looks were deceiving. They both had that grainy feel of refrozen ice cream. The place was dirty. The girl serving the ice cream had no idea if the ice cream contained nuts or not. Not her fault but showed lack of proper training.

Place is just ok. Food was ehh, average at best. I had the tiramisu, my husband had the bear claw. Both tasted a bit old and a little freezer burnt. Service was alright. The atmosphere was ok, nothing special. Coffee themed wallpaper and big round booths.

I want it to be clear that I really wanted to like this place. They have some semi-authentic Italian style stuff! That said, right now it’s a place I really can’t recommend, sadly.- The coffee wasn’t good.- The floors were absolutely filthy- Worker didn’t greet us until we asked for help (no other customers were present)- I didn’t see a health inspection ratingI can’t help but wonder if this coffee I ordered is even sanitary enough to drink? Whoever owns this clearly takes zero pride in it, and their employee obviously hates working for them. It sucks that they have a great idea and their location is convenient for me but they aren’t running the business well.If I could make suggestions to management that would drastically improve your revenue:1. thoroughly clean the place and post your sanitation score somewhere2. drop the gigantic booths and put in several 2- and 4-seater tables3. Update the decor: ie, get rid of the Easter and Christmas decorations in mid August.4. String lights! Game changer!5. Train employees to greet customers and incentivize them to care more about the job6. Get fresher pastry options - maybe find a good local patisserie to partner with!Most importantly, find a way to prepare better coffee drinks! Although if you do the other things you honestly may still be able to get away with selling subpar coffee - for proof look at Starbucks.Good luck! I don’t want you to go out of business, I just would love to be more satisfied bringing you mine.

The ice cream was clearly very old and tasted old as well. The service was okay the girl was sitting down at a couch in the back when she should’ve been cleaning this disgusting place. There’s crumbs all over the floor everywhere, display cases are very dirty and the cakes are clearly dry and probably need to be thrown out. I don’t know who owns this but you should be ashamed, tried to support a small local business but I would’ve much rather went to big chain where I know the atmosphere is clean.

I tried to patronize a local shop. I would have done better going to a chain.This place could be so nice, if someone cared. It is filthy, stinky, bathroom was disgusting, and the coffee was horrible. I threw my whole drink away. There is no one in there so I can’t understand why it’s not clean.

Appears to be like days gone bye. Chocolate cake was delicious. Red Velvet Cake was delicious too! Great way to top off a meal!Kid-friendliness: Ice Cream could I say more!Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and tables were comfortable.
I really wanted to like this place. When I saw that illy was being served I was so excited. I asked for a cappuccino and was expecting to be served a traditional 6oz cappuccino with strong espresso. Well that wasn't the case. I was served so much of it that the rest of it was given to me in a to go cup instead of the mug. I couldn't taste the espresso because the vanilla flavoring was way too over powering. The linzer cookie tasted like it was weeks old. The jelly inside was hard as a rock and stuck to my teeth. I SO wanted to like this place. If you're thinking this is an authentic Italian cafe. Think again.

Dirty! The ladies' bathroom is out of order. They only have one bathroom available. The toilet seat is broken ( the ring is the wrong size).This must have been a better place at one time, but now it's terrible. We ordered smoothies. They were out of the flavor we wanted, so we ended up getting strawberry ones. Nothing dairy free for my dairy sensitivity daughter. Will not go back.

It actually deserves less, but the lady working there was nice. However, it was hands down the worst chai latte I've ever had. I ordered a dirty chai. It tasted like water with a splash of coffee. Nothing else. It was so bad! We also got a piece of carrot cake that tasted like it had been there forever. The ice cream was freezer burnt. The friendly enough employee is the only thing that earned the additional star. In its defense, I didn't order the crepes, which seems to be what everyone is bragging about.

My favorite bakery! I love the ice cream and the cake but the hours say until 10 pm online and open sign was on and flashing and the door was unlocked and I went to order a cookie and they said they where closed if they close at 930 they should adjust the hours online. Other than that

It just was ok. Nothing too grand, the smoothie was good, the dessert I had was quite obviously a thawed out cake product. Just not worth the money they charge for what you get. They also seem to no longer carry most of what is in their menu. No rolled ice cream, no n2 ice cream, no gelato, no yogurt, and the dessert case was virtually empty.
