Ridiculous wait for dine in. Only 2 orders ahead of me and it took over 15 minutes to receive my food. $21 for a stale bun, soggy fries, and useless employees. For the price of the food you’d expect a little less ineptitude.

This is about as worthless as a Hamburger can get. Literally threw everything in foil and said screw it. For $13 a Hamburger and this type of quality I can see why yall are struggling. Do better or bring back in your trainers bc if I was 1 of your secret shoppers you would have gotten zeros. 🤯🤯🤮🤮🗑🗑

It's a better than decent fast food burger with fries made directly from potatoes with none of the crap in them. They are stupid expensive for fast food burgers and fries. The only reason it was less than $20 was because I didn't get a drink of any kind.

I don't understand why the last two times I've ordered, someone has decided my burger needed mustard. Once was online and this time in person to-go. Each time I check the ticket and that is correct so it's someone on the line just going with it and no double checks

Food & fries excellent and we also enjoy the fresh peanuts. This location is extremely clean and has a 100 health score…. Very impressed with Jeremiah as he was cleaning when we walked in and after we had a leisurely lunch he was still cleaning when we walked out. Your customer service is superb & that makes a big difference!!
