1st time at this location. Very friendly young man took our order. Rest of staff appeared professional and friendly. Prices are pretty steep, but burgers are delicious as well as fries. $40 for 2 people is pricey!

This is the worst five guys I have ever been too in my life. Me and my family spent $58 on food her tonight and the food was disgusting & cold. The manager was very rude and not willing to comply with remaking my order to better suit my situation. I would never come back to this location. Do not eat here

An overall disappointing experience. The burgers were underwhelming and dry and the fries were literally burnt. We just wasted $35. We have been customers for years, but after this we won’t be back.

Ridiculous wait for dine in. Only 2 orders ahead of me and it took over 15 minutes to receive my food. $21 for a stale bun, soggy fries, and useless employees. For the price of the food you’d expect a little less ineptitude.
Rest food and great service. Jennifer went above and beyond for us multiple times during our visit. Haven’t been to a Five Guys this good in a LONG time! Will be back soon!

This is about as worthless as a Hamburger can get. Literally threw everything in foil and said screw it. For $13 a Hamburger and this type of quality I can see why yall are struggling. Do better or bring back in your trainers bc if I was 1 of your secret shoppers you would have gotten zeros. 🤯🤯🤮🤮🗑🗑
