This is my favorite five guys to come to. With that being said, I was disgusted by the line cook wiping his nose on his forearm while cooking food. Observed him leaving the building for a (smoke) break, I’m assuming because of the smell when he returned. He did not go wash his hands when he came back in, instead grabbed a broom and began sweeping up around the restaurant. He even swept underneath an elderly gentleman while the gentleman was sitting & eating at the raised counter. Once he did go back into the kitchen, I observed him washing his hands for about 10 seconds, definitely not the time required for food serve. This really turned me off during my visit. Hopefully I won’t get some food related sickness from his nastiness.

Picked up dinner for myself and a friend, and since he requested a double cheeseburger (wasn't on the menu) I thought it sounded good myself. Our burgers were literally the best burgers either of us had eaten in years-- we think it was ground chuck they used, absolutely fabulous, we both ate slow since they were so good... Heartily recommend! Also were the only ones in the restaurant. Great experience!

Not sure that Zagats rating is even applicable any longer, but here's the thing - NO ONE likes a messy, sloppy wet bun burger. You can do almost everything else right with other ingredients and miss the mark HUGE. For a $11-12 burger, I rate it a No

guys please the last 5 times ive been here the milkshake machine has been “down”. i just want a milkshake, theyre pretty good. im so sad every time and i get you may not want to clean it but
They sent me order missing half the sandwiches and when I called them told me the delivery guy forgot it and told them why didn’t call him to come back they didn’t care and made me go to pick it

Went to the Cobb Parkway location in Acworth. Savannah is a fantastic store manager. She is energetic, happy, and greets every customer with a smile. When it got crowded, we watched her help her staff, take care of her customers, handle every situation with an amazing grace. Made our experience a special one. Thanks!Update: Food's great, team is awesome. Prices have doubled in the past several years. Regular plain hamburger is over $10 now.
