We visited here in the Fall 2024. We loved it. It is exactly the same shave ice we got in Hawaii. The syrup flavors, ice cream and cream were all very good! I keep checking to see when they plan to open for 2025 but hopefully soon. I have called the number on their facebook page (says no longer in service) , and called the number on yelp (calls someone named Vincent).
The girls working were absolutely delightful. Super sweet! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Our pina colada shaved ice was awesome! This will definitely be a regular for my husband and me.
Best shaved ice I've had in my life, not joking. It's so fluffy and the flavors are amazing. Everything our family has tried so far is better than we expect. Also the staff is amazing. They are just as sweet and authentic as the treats. Isaac helped me first dine in visit and Madelynn and Brenna helped with our huge to go order next visit. They each are so knowledgeable and obviously happy to work here. We will definitely keep coming back and recommend it to everyone.
