Our favorite Acworth restaurant, but as of March 23, 2025 Fusco's has closed.

The flavors were pretty good, but nothing came out very hot. Everything, from the soup to the appetizers, entrées, and sides, were only kind of warm.

Kayla was our excellent waiter! Everything was wonderful. We were talking over dinner about how much we love the restaurant. The ambiance is perfect. Lots of life; not too dark; all ages; celebrations and laughter. Makes you feel good being there. And the food and wine are always delicious.

Cons: appetizers way too small. Service extremely bad. The server didn’t introduce herself to us, didn’t get the bread until half way into the meal, it was extremely sub par. The employees were not attentive at all. Wouldn’t go again.

Pros: The fettuccini Alfredo was amazing!

Fusco's and Fusco's Pizza have been favorites of ours for a while because of their top quality in everything. I knew it made me feel like I was in Italy, but I didn't realize exactly how spot on that was until I went to Italy this spring for the first time. Now eating here is even more of a treat because it makes me feel I'm back on vacation.

This is a classy long time "go to" in the Acworth area. Food is traditional Italian and always consistent. It's in a beautiful strip of Old Town Acworth next to the railroad. We need more restaurants like fusco's in our area. If you want good quality Italian at a very reasonable price this is a great option

Thank you! We are local to Acworth and brought our family to your restaurant and they are older Italians. We love the service, food, wine and atmosphere, but more importantly our family members loved all of those things as well. Keep in mind they are hard to please and especially at Italian restaurants, and they are ready to come back when they are back in town! Ava was amazing and selfishly we would love for her to take care of us when we are there but understand there are many other patrons that deserver her expertise and service! Thank you so much and see you soon.

Usually am always fan of Fusco's, but after my last dining experience, I don't think I'll return. The server, Allie, asked if she could box up the remainder of our food, but after getting home, she had only sent us with boxes of bread. Really disappointing seeing as the food isn't cheap and neither was the tip that was left.

We had gone to Acworth to go to Henry’s but it was so crowded we decided to choose a different restaurant and looked at the reviews so we thought we would try this one.
For the positives it seems like you can’t go wrong with your flatbread pizza. Two got that and were very satisfied. One of the people we were with got a martini and thought it was very good.
Now for the problems that will make it so I will be reluctant to return to this restaurant again. I do not drink alcohol and most of the time I choose to drink water but tonight after a long meeting all day I decided I would like to have a Coke. But I usually order half regular Coke have Diet Coke. When I ordered it the girl Cathy gave me a strange look. I didn’t know at the time all they had were little glass bottles. But she brought my half Diet Coke half regular coke to me. My husband ordered a regular coke. Both of them were awful they had no taste to them.
I called the waitress over to the table and said there’s something wrong with these drinks they don’t have any taste to them. She proceeded to explain to me that they use bottles and not a fountain system. The problem with that is the bottles are warm and when you pour it over ice even if the glass is full of ice it waters down the drink and there’s no fizz and no taste.
Every time my husband wanted a refill, she brought you out another small bottle. We asked if there was a charge for each bottle and she said yes. We replied that we looked on the menu but Nowhere did it say how much the soft drinks were or that they were no free refills. Evidently they may be on the alcohol menu which we never look at because we don’t drink. I have never seen a menu without listing the drinks and the prices. That is something the restaurant definitely needs to change. Plus using those glass bottles instead of cold fountain drinks just doesn’t work.
Three of us ordered pasta dishes and they all came out cold. I was the only one who requested mine to be heated up plus I asked for more sauce. When I was waiting for our table to be set up for six people, I asked the hostess what dish did she recommend. She recommended the penne revazza. I told her that I really liked Alfredo sauce but she told me there were no choices for Alfredo sauce but there was a cheese sauce but it had blue cheese in it which I’m not fond of. I was surprised that an Italian restaurant would not have an Alfredo dish as a choice.
Anyway I decided to try the Penne Revazza since it was recommended. Not only did it come out cold but there was not enough sauce and the prosciutto was this teeny tiny little chewy pieces of meat that were hardly edible. The waitress was very accommodating and took the pasta back and give me more sauce but it was still not very hot when she brought it to me. I just didn’t wanna complain again because I already questioned the soft drink and how cold my food was.
The pasta dish came with a Caesar salad. It was very tasty, however the lettuce was warm and the plate was warm. And I could have used more than one crouton. Usually when you get a Caesar salad they serve it on a cold plate and the lettuce is crisp and cold.
Three of us who got pasta dishes were very disappointed.
I like restaurants to succeed, and hopefully you will take into consideration my complaints.
