My first impression of this place was not the best. We ordered the giant sub and they told us they couldn't toast the whole sub so they would have to cut it in half and toast separate which was fine but then we asked if we could only toast half and leave the other half cold and they for some reason refused to do that and said they had to toast both halves. I was really upset because it doesnt make any sense to me why they would not do that. It was faster to just leave the other half cold. People make things so hard and it's not even worth eating out these days.

Spent $55 at Jimmy John's on Cobb Pkwy. Ordered the #13 Jimmy Cubano and was HIGHLY disappointed. In fact I'm actually ticked off. I called because I thought they gave us the wrong sandwich. But NOPE! IT LITERALLY HAS 3 THIN SLICES OF HAM. Where's the meat? It doesn't look anything like the picture. It looks like the kids slim. Lacking and flat. I paid $8 for 3 thin pieces of ham, 2 thin slices of cheese, a couple pieces of shriveled microwaved bacon, pickles, mustard and hallowed out bread. They said some sandwiches are hallowed out. So you're not even getting a full sandwich just because of the bread alone. The one in the ad doesn't look hallowed out. I didn't ask for it to be hallow. And the one in the ad is busting with meat. The manager couldn't care less. He sounded bored and ready to be off work. No I didn't ask for my money back because I'm not that kind of person. But if I was the manager I would have at least offered to remake the sandwich like it's advertised. Won't be going here again. I never had this problem with Jersey Mike's.

Normally this place is “freaky fast”. But today they were “freaky slow”. It looked like the crew working there were new. I ordered online, but watched a bunch of people that came in after me walk out with their food. It seemed like they did a poor job filtering in the online orders and only did the in store orders. I wasn’t the only one waiting for an online order. It was a mess.

6/7/24 evening and I'm going for a sub. I have an anxiety/panic disorder and I forgot my medicine today and just happened to start a full panic. So halfway there I almost turn around. I'm not even 2 miles from the shop but Friday, rush hour, plus I'm over the lake so no delivery.I've dealt this with for over a decade so I just held my left arm and decided to finish the trip. I get there and there's a couple finishing a large order and some others. I get up to place my order with Jake. A special order because I'm oddly picky but it was all easily done. Also new so I don't want to be weird but then not get a sandwich I enjoy either.In the midst of ordering we're chatting and then I'm paying and out the door. When I was in my car I realized I wasn't panicking. Now it takes an hour or more for my medicine to work and no doctor, not even my wife, can calm me down so I just cope and remember I'm not dying. This is the 1st time I've been calmed down without medicine in just however long it took me to drive 1.7 miles in traffic.It's an emotional support Jimmy John's!! Like what the crazy just happened ? Came in for a sammie, left with peace of mind... I got a couple onions in a cup so my dog didn't get a hold of any. I am so stuffed and my little 10 pounder must be too because she's lounging like a cat.In food coma heaven. People in front were having fun, chill vibe here. Made super fast with all my "fixins" all special like. I don't even realize I'm not eating chips which is the only way I've eaten a sandwich for +/-40 years. That's like one of my layers but chill gut chill mind.All the best to Jake and your pug my man. He's like some some sort or sandwich shaman, a hero hero, a sage with sage...?♂️ not that one maybe? Well he's great and so was the sandwich maker and I'll let the store know. Just after this nap. 10/10. Now can your sandwich shop do that?

He was super awesome and he taught me some things so I can have my perfect sandwich.Fairly new because I used to eat at the underground train place until some of the ingredient's quality scared me in all honesty.Jake and his coworker seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. I worked in food service so to really feel that is unique. I found a new spot and how to easily order it to make it My sandwich. The Buddha ?I will certainly be back. I've never eaten in so I can only tell you it was relaxed and clean. I've never had a sandwich made so fast it was bewildering. It's like that was their job and they did it. Surprised there's any competition but I do like Mikey's when I hit the lotto.My main thing is fresh lettuce. I'd rather have no lettuce than old lettuce or the like. This lettuce was fresh fresh and that can make or break your entire meal. No one wants that. I recommend Jimmy John's in Acworth Hands Down! Thanks Jake and friend!I kind of learned after my sandwich was made some tricks. Jake offered well enough to make over but I was happy enough. This location is normally on point but recently dropped the ball. A couple of weeks ago I used a coupon to order delivery and then immediately received a phone call saying my order could not be completed because there was no bread. Not a good look when a sandwich place runs out of bread in the middle of dinner. I completed the survey and requested for someone to follow up with me and that has not happened.
Been coming here for a few weeks consistently now. Staff is friendly ans quick but my gosh, I guess condiments are just too high in cost now? Any kind of mayo, mustard, spread, etc on the sandwich is just not worth having as they put tiniest, and thinnest layer of it on the sandwich. If I ask for a condiment on my sandwich, it's because I want to taste it as part of the balance of flavors. I got a beach club and couldnt even tell it had avavodo on it. Couldn't taste it... If cutting costs on condiments is braking the bank in your operation costs, just close it down... I've been to other locations and never had this problem.
Back again... will definitely be my last time as a jimmy johns customer. Don't even have Dijon or spicy mustard anymore. You told me it was just "out" last time which is lying. It's discontinued. Remove it from the board at the counter and stop lying to customers about what you offer.

Stopped by Jimmy John's for some to go subs. The quality is what you would expect from Jimmy John's. Which is excellent. The reason I'm writing the review was for the service. Well I was in there I watched the guys making the subs cleaning up as they went. They were working very efficiently and having fun doing it. It's nice to see a place where people actually still take pride in what they do and care about their customers. Great job all around guys.
