I do delivery 90% of the time. Most of the time they ignore requests to halve sandwich, include napkins & no Ice In drink. Additionally, why do they store white onions & iceberg lettuce next to each other. Then onions get dropped in lettuce & they can't tell. So onions end up on sandwich & the lettuce tastes like onions 🤮. Then have to dig thru sandwich to find the strays. Just move them on the line! Problem solved. 5 guys does the same thing. Mind boggling. Just be a little more detailed oriented & careful with your toppings to be back to 5 stars. 😉

My first impression of this place was not the best. We ordered the giant sub and they told us they couldn't toast the whole sub so they would have to cut it in half and toast separate which was fine but then we asked if we could only toast half and leave the other half cold and they for some reason refused to do that and said they had to toast both halves. I was really upset because it doesnt make any sense to me why they would not do that. It was faster to just leave the other half cold. People make things so hard and it's not even worth eating out these days.

Spent $55 at Jimmy John's on Cobb Pkwy. Ordered the #13 Jimmy Cubano and was HIGHLY disappointed. In fact I'm actually ticked off. I called because I thought they gave us the wrong sandwich. But NOPE! IT LITERALLY HAS 3 THIN SLICES OF HAM. Where's the meat? It doesn't look anything like the picture. It looks like the kids slim. Lacking and flat. I paid $8 for 3 thin pieces of ham, 2 thin slices of cheese, a couple pieces of shriveled microwaved bacon, pickles, mustard and hallowed out bread. They said some sandwiches are hallowed out. So you're not even getting a full sandwich just because of the bread alone. The one in the ad doesn't look hallowed out. I didn't ask for it to be hallow. And the one in the ad is busting with meat. The manager couldn't care less. He sounded bored and ready to be off work. No I didn't ask for my money back because I'm not that kind of person. But if I was the manager I would have at least offered to remake the sandwich like it's advertised. Won't be going here again. I never had this problem with Jersey Mike's.

Normally this place is “freaky fast”. But today they were “freaky slow”. It looked like the crew working there were new. I ordered online, but watched a bunch of people that came in after me walk out with their food. It seemed like they did a poor job filtering in the online orders and only did the in store orders. I wasn’t the only one waiting for an online order. It was a mess.

6/7/24 evening and I'm going for a sub. I have an anxiety/panic disorder and I forgot my medicine today and just happened to start a full panic. So halfway there I almost turn around. I'm not even 2 miles from the shop but Friday, rush hour, plus I'm over the lake so no delivery.I've dealt this with for over a decade so I just held my left arm and decided to finish the trip. I get there and there's a couple finishing a large order and some others. I get up to place my order with Jake. A special order because I'm oddly picky but it was all easily done. Also new so I don't want to be weird but then not get a sandwich I enjoy either.In the midst of ordering we're chatting and then I'm paying and out the door. When I was in my car I realized I wasn't panicking. Now it takes an hour or more for my medicine to work and no doctor, not even my wife, can calm me down so I just cope and remember I'm not dying. This is the 1st time I've been calmed down without medicine in just however long it took me to drive 1.7 miles in traffic.It's an emotional support Jimmy John's!! Like what the crazy just happened ? Came in for a sammie, left with peace of mind... I got a couple onions in a cup so my dog didn't get a hold of any. I am so stuffed and my little 10 pounder must be too because she's lounging like a cat.In food coma heaven. People in front were having fun, chill vibe here. Made super fast with all my "fixins" all special like. I don't even realize I'm not eating chips which is the only way I've eaten a sandwich for +/-40 years. That's like one of my layers but chill gut chill mind.All the best to Jake and your pug my man. He's like some some sort or sandwich shaman, a hero hero, a sage with sage...?♂️ not that one maybe? Well he's great and so was the sandwich maker and I'll let the store know. Just after this nap. 10/10. Now can your sandwich shop do that?
