service sucks, walked in and there was nobody even in the kitchen, the food felt old, and the entire place was just nasty. the bathrooms looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in atleast 3 months. Genuinely a horrible spot and i’d rather make the extra 15 minute ride to woodstock for their kfc.

Someone needs to completely overhaul this KFC. Each time we've ordered recently we've had issues. The past 2 times we've ordered, our food has been not-so-great but I figured it was bc we ordered late (after 8pm or so). But this time we did not order late (around 515pm) and the food was even worse. The fries were hard and inedible and seemed like they were old and had been re-fried, and I ordered a half-gallon of sweet tea but was given 3 large cups of soured, old, watery tea which was too gross to drink.

The food was hot 🔥 and freshly cooked with the right amount of flavor and texture. There were two employees working like four people with great teamwork and great customer service. This place was kept clean, and customers came in and went out quickly.

Gross place looks like the inside hasn’t been cleaned in years. I didn’t even want to get a drink I bet it’s nicer in the back then in the front!!! Employees seem dumb bc they made a disabled person ( with a literal tag ) come inside the store in the pouring rain. The food was literally already paid for. Why do you have a drive thru? Get a better system you freaks & food was gross and tasted like a sink. Didn’t have want I wanted either. Matter fact close the location DOWN until you get ppl who want to work

What is the point of a mobile order that you can’t pick up in the drive through? What difference does it make to hand the order to the person? Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes just to be told to go inside. Food was hard as a rock, and not hot. Never again.

I had a terrible experience at this KFC. Even though they don’t close for another two hours, they start shutting down so early that the menu is extremely limited. On top of that, every single car in the drive-thru is forced to park and wait because they’ve already started breaking things down, making even simple orders take an extra 15 minutes.
To make matters worse, the guy taking orders sounded completely annoyed to have customers. As though customers are an inconvenience. If you want to close at 8pm instead of 10pm that is acceptable but change your hours posted so that it matches what is actually happening.

The chicken had an old taste to it. The mashed potatoes were too loose.
Parking: The parking lot had trash all over it, which was a clear indication not to eat there. I went against my better judgment and just like I thought, the money spent was a waste.
It's just the right store... the taste is just right, the friendliness is just right, the atmosphere is just right... friendly to us as foreigners...

Stopped in to just take a piss and there were 3 roaches in the bathroom. If there's one, there's more. I saw another review with a picture and it looks like a woman had a roach in her sandwich. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

I ordered a pot pie! As you can see this isn’t a pot pie! The manager hung up the phone 2 times and said it takes 35 minutes to make more! So he just sent this garbage as a replacement without even asking or a call! This location has some bad apathetic attitudes from management! Pictures don’t lie!!!!!
