2nd time I’ve came and got chicken pot pie with NO chicken in them … just sell a vegetable pot pie … pictures posted below .. where my finger is in one of the photos was the only chicken in there and I bought 2 just like this … tried calling the restaurant back they don’t answer usually because they ALL outside smoking when you pull up… this is my LAST time dealing with them cause they just don’t give a damn at this location … if you order chicken the skin be falling off … you ever heard of hit or miss … this place is ALWAYS A MISS & tonight really didn’t for me … 2 chicken pot pies NO chicken

I placed a pickup order and it took me about 18 minutes to get to the restaurant. At the drive-thru they told me to park by the entrance because my order still wasn’t ready. Fine. Then I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for an order of just 3 tenders with fries and 2 mini waffles — even though there were around eight people in the kitchen and two more sitting in the waiting area.

And here’s the best part: apparently they haven’t sold waffles in years, yet they decided to replace them with two biscuits without even asking me. If you’re not offering waffles anymore, please take them out of your system. Don’t just hand out whatever you feel like. At least ask or give me options.

Overall, the service was slow and the customer service attitude was honestly disappointing.

I placed an order through the app. My order included 2 waffles, but when I received my order, they gave me 2 biscuits instead. Nobody bothered to tell me anything when I picked up my order. When I went over to talk to them, they told me they don’t have the waffles that’s why they gave me 2 pcs of biscuits instead! I asked for the money back, they told me to do it on the app. But it took me forever to get connected to a representative. I didn’t pay extra money to get 2 more biscuits! The employee is absolutely bad at service and communication!

Small cups calling them medium cups. Dirty bathrooms. Staff looks at you funny if asking for white instead of dark then give you dark anyways. Should be happy we can't post pictures at least not here but will on other sites.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but when you get service like I receive from a gentleman named Alex (Working the window 8/1/25), I felt that someone should recognize his upbeat attitude, outgoing personality and outstanding professionalism and character. Get this kid into the management program ASAP, if he’s not already.

Don’t go there or order food from here. They got the order wrong. The chicken looked and tasted like it was fried in old rancid oil and so did the fries. Almost inedible. Definitely not the KFC I know and love. So disappointed. Need to send a health inspector there.

Pointless on ordering food from this location. Never have I had an issue with any KFC until I moved to this area. I get that it’s a Friday night and it tends to get busy at food chains but waiting over an hour for my family’s food. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but if this store is struggling then it needs new management and workers. I understand working at a fast food restaurant can be stressful and overwhelming but come on, let’s get it together. This is food that is going to families with kids. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this location. I don’t recommend this location.
