Yum...and good service. Oops - my mistake. I went back again and they left out the mashed potatoes (2 sides), charged me for the large extra gravy I ordered and gave me a small. Really - is it that hard to work at a KFC and get an order right?!?

Ordered by the app. Waited in the parking lot until the time according to the app. Stopped at the drive thru, let the man know we had a mobile order. He said it wasn't ready and to come inside. Part of the reason we ordered after downloading the app was because we both have a virus and didn't want to expose anyone. Thankfully, a lady popped in on the man at the drive up windows and said they would bring the order out to us. We waited another 5 or so minutes and...

I checked the reviews for this KFC while waiting on my food to be ready. They didn’t have a good review score. I looked around and the restaurant was clean. My food was ready pretty quickly and everything I ordered was included. All of the workers appeared on task and working well together. Maybe I got lucky or maybe the management is turning things around- either way, I had a top notch experience.
