If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was the best thing here. The food is horrible. My food was smashed and the meat is pink. I think I just retired officially from Fast food.

Microwave biscuit ,soggy .tots were good and so was tea. My stomach hurt all day sausage egg biscuit must have been old I think. Try to improve. Canton was always good.

Don't eat here. This is the 2nd time we have tried this restaurant in the past year. There is no one at the front counter, the service people look dirty. They allow seemingly homeless people to sit in the restaurant without ordering. Dirty and creepy

I placed my food order at drive-thru and the staff never says Welcome to Krystals. It's always go ahead with your order. In addition, the food sucks. The manager runs the drive-thru during the evening at the Krystals in Woodstock, GA. He always seem annoyed with his job. The Cartersville Krystals is much better. The service is great and so is the food. I don't think unappreciative fast workers realize that attitude affects the quality of food.

This store is under new management, clean and professional. Lobby still does not open until 8am but the store opens daily at 6am. Employees have no control over the prices so comments here are out of place. Krystals are suppose to have gray on the buns...that's what makes an amazing Krystal. Please go by and have lunch with them and see what you have been missing.

I came there like a month ago at 6:45 couldn't get no food cause a Mexican Employee couldn't work the cash register and said no manager NOT here.. And the same just happened again 05/24/25 at 6:25.. That's a PROBLEM that should be fixed

Dude this place was so nasty and with the lady sniffing as if it were allergy season, you’d think it’d be spic and span. We were going to eat inside, but with overflowing trash cans and nasty atmosphere we got it to go and honestly considering not eating the food. We didn’t get drinks either because I was afraid of the sludge that was probably there. Sorry, but no thanks ):
