First time having pizza from here in a very long time and was very quickly reminded of why. Ordered three pizzas, one of them create your own pizza that I paid above the normal price for and when I got home with it half of the pizza was no completely done. Called back to discuss the issue with them and they said the only way they can do anything about it is to bring back at least half of the pizza.
Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Papa John's do it better and have $5 to $7 1 topping...read full review
We place our orders online usually, and go pick them up. We ordered a Thincrust Pepperoni and a Thincrust Mushroom and Bacon which costs extra. Turns out we paid extra to receive mushrooms on only half of the pizza. In addition the pizza had a very definite onion taste - we did not order onions on anything!
You might be ok getting a Hot and Ready Pepperoni but do not order online as they will mess up your order.
I called to place an order for pickup for one cheese and one pepperoni hot and ready pizzas at 6:36 pm tonight. I paid for my pizzas at 6:52. When you call to order pizza it takes 10-15 minutes to be ready. I paid at 16 minutes and my hot and ready pizzas were not ready. I was asked to park. I wasn’t upset since I saw they were busy. I then continued waiting. I then saw two vehicles after me get their pizzas before me. I went back to the drive thru since it was empty....read full review
