We like the convenience of this location, but the service is terrible.I called ahead so my pizza would be ready. I went by to pick up and there was only one car in the drive thru so I got behind them. It took them about 20 minutes to get the order in front of me. In the mean time my car was trapped in the drive thru so I left my car in the drive thru and walked inside and picked up my pizza.Evidently they didn't have any of the Hot and Ready pizzas ready. Inside the employees were yelling at each other... Ugh... Lesson learned.

This place earned a one star because of the lazy kids with attitudes that work the closing shift.I placed an order today, 1/25/24 around 5:30pm to pick up at 7:45pm. One of the items I ordered was crazy bread. My husband goes to pick up the order and they tell him they don't have any without offering a refund or a replacement for that item. Begrudgingly, they made us a replacement item of cheesy bread. So on top of that we have to wait another 20 minutes for a pick up order that should have had everything ready to go.This place definitely changes at night. They see their customers as an inconvenience because they are ready to go home. However, they inconvenience their customers by wasting their time putting together incomplete or incorrect orders and with terrible attitudes.
