I stopped by to get a pizza today and was told it would be at least a fifteen minute wait for a single pepperoni pizza. Normally, this wouldn’t be cause for a bad review. However, this is, literally, the fifth time that I have had the exact same experience. I understand that during busy times they might be backed up. But all five times it’s been the middle of the day and there has been no other customers. It is insane to me that a place that advertises as “hot & ready” would never have pizza ready. No one is going to Little Caesar’s for quality. It’s all about convenience and this place is lacking majorly. Seems like really poor management because I’ve called and emailed the hotline and no one cared to respond.

When they have people in there over 30 years old the pizza and the service is FANTASTIC!! When it's the younger crowd, it's awful. The younger group tends to give away your portal order, forgets half your order, slow to help the counter and most of the time tell you "the portal is broken". They seem to have figured that out and the more mature new faces I see get it right everytime and the pizza on point. Oddly enough when the older employees work, the portal always works. Happy to see new staff! The front of the store is always filthy... I just try to remember it's a $7.99 pizza, there will be some gross parts to that.

Giving 1 star because they got 1 pizza out of our order correct. The other was completely wrong, I had to remind them of the rest of my order when I picked up yes I should have checked the pizzas before I left. I was just a little distracted by them trying to give me 4 pizzas when I ordered 2. When I called to ask about correcting the problem I was hung up on 3 times then told I needed to bring the wrong pizza back before they would make the correct one. So again I am wasting my waiting on them to make it right while the rest of my order is at home getting cold. The "manager"hid in the back and made the employees handle it
Pick up door dashes there almost everyday and there is always a wait. After about a ten minute wait one night and after waiting for several different orders throughout the night, the cashier asked 2 other customers if they would like an order of free bread sticks for their wait . With no provocation, she then looked at us and said we don't get compensation for our wait. We had been very patient and nice all night so we were a little shocked as to why she was being so blatantly rude. She then said she can't just give out free stuff and that even the employees can't get free food, after she just gave 2 orders of bread sticks out for free right in front of us intentionally. Even though they are always slow getting the orders ready, this is the first time we have had anyone treat us this way. It was very rude and embarrassing because the other people that she did give bread sticks to were looking at us strangely. I may end up refusing orders from there in the future. Already losing money with the long waits but now I'm losing respect as well. It's a shame because that only hurts my numbers and does nothing to Little Caesars. Maybe management can do a course in respect and manners.

Order pizza at 5:13 said it would be ready at 6:15 at 6:19 they said would be done in 10min 30 min later still not done. This runned our evening waiting on pizza had to cancel our order after waiting 2 hours for pizza that should hot and

This place is so bad omg. Me and my friend came here for lunch one day during our break. We come here every Friday and have amazing service with a guy. Today we walked in and there was this angry lady walking out of the store. She had the worst attitude. When she came to the counter we weren't ready to order so I asked her for some more time. She simply stormed off and walked away. Then when we were ready our usual guy came back and took our orders. He told us our orders would be out in approximately seven minutes. So we went out to our cars and sat there waiting for the food. As we see other people getting their food we wonder where ours is and I call the store as we can't be late and it's never taken this long. The angry lady answers and has a whole attitude and then comes and brings out our food. She tells me and our friend that " fyi if you want us to bring out your food you have to tell us"...I understand that but for the past month of Fridays the same guy has been bringing out our order and he took our order today so how were we supposed to know if it was never mentioned in the past?? On top of that being rude about it is so incredibly disrespectful. As I was driving off im looking at this lady through the window of the store and she's cussing me out and doing all these expressions with her hand. Me and my friend called back to report her. I asked for the manager and she so happened to be it. She denied everything and hung up on me. Other than that the food is delicious but the service of the manger is horrible!! She has purple hair and long eyelashes.
