tried to order online and it said they weren’t taking online orders. when i called someone picked up then hung up. upon trying to call back it said the line was disconnected. went in person and the girl at the counter claims “the phone hasn’t rang today”. honestly no biggie except for when i asked her to repeat herself like 3 times cause she was talking quietly she said “did you just wake up or something?”. yeahhhhh not something you say to someone especially a stranger/customer. abysmal customer service.

When you order via the app make the pizza’s fresh and hot. Don’t put my order sticker on some pizza that has been in the warmer for 45 minutes and try to tell me its a hot and fresh pizza.

We have ordered from this location years ago with no problem. Friday we decided to order. When I walked in to pick up our order, I noticed NO ONE was wearing gloves while preparing the pizzas. The pizzas were paid for, so I went ahead and brought them home. My kids grabbed plates and dug in and immediately started finding HAIRS in the pizza!!! We stopped counting at 5!!

At one point, was a really good store. Nowadays, bro… If you order early in the morning when they’re usually not busy and come to pick your food up sooner, they harass you about it meanwhile not having your food ready.
This place is usually a lot better than this. They need to step it up and get back to how they used to be. The store is on a quick decline, which is unfortunate for a Little Caesars that used to be known for taking care of the community, giving to the poor, and even giving old/leftover pizzas out to people at end of night.
I miss this store being a 5-Star all the time. You gotta remember, Little Caesars is a ONLY PLACE variety chain. No other places offer quick pickup pizzas so it’s up to them to uphold their reputation. Hopefully this store gets fixed, man. This store is one of a kind outside of all the other Little Caesars around them.
Spent almost $100 for a party and received pizza with hardly any cheese or sauce on it. My guest including myself were disappointed it was a last min order and we waited about an hour for the pizza to arrive. By the time it got here the party was almost over so everyone was basically forced to eat nasty pizza…… we were told the pizza would arrive at 7:04 it didnt get here until about 8:00 i tried to call the store to speak with a manager but no one would pick up. Then i had to travel all the way to euharlee to drop off my son so ultimately nothing was ever done about the experience. I feel like i should be compensated for the amount of money i spent on something we could not enjoy. It’s supposed to be hot and ready instead it was dry and limited ingredients/room temperature Trying to call the store today and still no pick up…

They don't use gloves so that's very unsanitary .They use the same pans over and over. Also the man in the front doesn't speak good English so our order was wrong .
