Food was good but a 40 minute wait for two sandwiches and a soup is ridiculous. At least a couple people walked out due to the wait.

I went to pick up my order through the drive thru window and a young man was on his cell phone. His coworker had to tell him that I was waiting there before he got off his phone. No hello just what is your name. Once I got my sandwiches home they were a mess! My wrap was falling apart and looked squeezed from the outside. My other sandwich was a mess as well. I wasn’t going to write a review but wanted to voice my concerns for the lack of customer service and care taken with the food I ordered. Sadly I won’t be back.

Slow afternoon this Sunday. The yummiest red beans and rice. Not Cajun but really great! And the Italian sub was awesome! Her BLT A (bacon and avocado) was grand and the potato salad was just perfect with a little dusting of paprika. First time here, maybe management read the other reviews and fixed things up?

Staff is not friendly at all. I just watched a woman with a piercing under her lip dig in her ear with a gloves hand. She then went right back to preparing food. Yuck!🤮
I am disappointed in this restaurant. My child ordered the pretzel dogs kids meal and when he opened the package the pretzel dogs were frozen. It’s like whoever handled it did not cook them at all and couldn’t feel that they were cold from the outside of the wrapper. I asked for a refund. The manager gave me a new receipt without the kids meal on it but I was never credited the money back. On another occasion, we ordered three different things and they were all not good at all. MOST of the workers do not appear to care. We wanted to give this place a chance because we remember when McAllister’s Deli was actually good. We won’t be visiting again. I do not recommend this restaurant.

My daughter’s favorite place to eat! We all love it. Always friendly, always clean, food is consistently good and fresh. For one of our window pick up orders they wrote a handwritten thank you and put it in our bag (I wish I had remembered to snap a picture, so sweet!! Made our day). Then the order after that, they gave us an extra cookie. It’s truly the little things and this place never ceases to make us smile!! Thank you McAlister’s Acworth team!!!! :) :)
First time experiencing McAllister‘s and it did not disappoint. They have a wide variety on their menu, so much so, hard to choose! Yeah, atmosphere was friendly, the staff worked quickly and the food was perfect temperature and great flavor. Recommend and will be going back.
