My daughter’s favorite place to eat! We all love it. Always friendly, always clean, food is consistently good and fresh. For one of our window pick up orders they wrote a handwritten thank you and put it in our bag (I wish I had remembered to snap a picture, so sweet!! Made our day). Then the order after that, they gave us an extra cookie. It’s truly the little things and this place never ceases to make us smile!! Thank you McAlister’s Acworth team!!!! :) :)
First time experiencing McAllister‘s and it did not disappoint. They have a wide variety on their menu, so much so, hard to choose! Yeah, atmosphere was friendly, the staff worked quickly and the food was perfect temperature and great flavor. Recommend and will be going back.
No issues here. It's a newer location and they've almost ironed out the wrinkles. They're friendly and quick.

Elected to visit the restaurant on a Saturday night for dinner. Ample parking in front and the side of the building. The next door tenant is open for breakfast and lunch and one would assume that eases parking. ADA parking is available and the offer a drive through as well as an smart telephone application.
One walks to the rear of the restaurant and menu choices are on the wall plus some screens that rotate with specials.
Short wait for other customers to place their order.
Ordered s chicken salad, no tomatoes and learned that they were out of several dressing. Thus it was prepared and no dressing on the salad.
Flashing up on the menu board was a Hot Cuban Sandwich. Looked great.
Learned they don't have it and corporate will not remove it from the ever changing menu board.
Elected to go with a large Memphian. Then learned they are out of regular bread and they only had Ciabatta bread.
Placed the order. After a short but long wait the food was delivered to the table.
Napkin holder had dirt on the top and missing wall trim was observed while the food was being prepared.
During the wait, a trip to the restroom was made and no paper towels to dry your hands and the restroom was in need of service.
The salad did come with tomatoes and again they were not requested.
First bite of the sandwich was warm. Balance was cold.
Prior to leaving, the person who took the order was cleaning the empty tables and was informed about the salad and issues with the sandwich.
Made the comment that there is no reason to return to the restaurant.
Elected to contact the corporate office and left a comment and thus far, no response.
And yes, I have received super service at the original location in Mississippi.
Parking: Out parcel of a strip shopping center.
Wheelchair accessibility: ADA parking and ramp in to the restaurant.

You are over priced compared to quality sandwich shops. The average American is struggling to feed their families. After seeing the prices for a basic BLT I left.
The food was fresh and delicious, everything was clean, and the staff was helpful.

Ordered the French dip, was throwing up in the parking lot not even an hour later. Terrible food poisoning. Avoid! I'm never eating here again.

Do not call to place a to go order. It's all automated and can't get anything right. What has happened with being able to talk to a actual person. I ended up not placing a order because the machine could not get anything right. Poor customer service

The chicken and dumpling soup was thick and unedible when I told them they made my daughter's sandwich wrong that she didn't want it hot.They literally just put the same meat and melted cheese on a not hot bread. Don't know what they missed about.She didn't want it hot.The meat is now still cooked and the cheese was melted. I had the French dip which barely had any cheese on it.And the meat was so well done and chewy tons of fat. I've been to the one in woodstocks and had a good experience.This one in Acworth was horrible.I will not be returning. Is total waste of money way too expensive.

I ordered my food on the mobile app 40 minutes before I would be there. I waited in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to come to the window. A woman came to the window and handed me my food but it was missing my dressing and my Fork which I told her. She said she would get it and never came back. I had to go inside anyway to get the rest of my order as I cannot eat a salad dry with my hands. She was snotty about it as if it was my fault. Do better
