How is this establishment still around after all the harm they have done to americans? Not to mention the fact that their insurance does not cover stitches, and many of the restaurants are full of rats.

They now add a surcharge to all drinks that are supposed to be included with meals, even when not increasing the size. I was charged an additional $1.80 for XS drinks on kids meals and small drinks included with the $5 meal deals. When questioned, the manager, who could care less, merely stated that they were under new management and upcharge for everything and there was nothing that could be done. The new owner is Superior QSR, LLC and I will be contacting them as well. Total rip-off.

Ordered a spicy mcchicken meal and got charged for a spicy mccrispy meal. Then I told the manager I ordered a spicy mcchicken and she brings out a normal mcchicken. I hate this place of business. They can never get on the same page as a customer. Will no longer be coming to this location.

Good for b'fast early on weekdays-staff are friendly and helpful. Other times were hit or miss especially at busy times in past couple months. Only had long waits twice but not a problem since I was getting multiple specialized items. Generally the food quality is reliable.
2 ppl had walked to the window right before me in ghe drive thru. Something was forgotten in the 2 buys before me. I ofcourse searched my bag and my order was fine. Decent besides that. But since the store doors are closed. I guess those folks had too.

The McDonald on hwy 92 near 75 and Cowan served me sweet tea that looked like somebody’s skin, whether it was human or animal, idk. Whatever it was it floated on top of the sweet tea and wouldn’t dissolve. I brought it to their attention, but nothing was done. That particular McDonald I quickly pass-by; don’t want to be reminded of the horrific sweet tea.
