This McDonalds has not been able to fill an order correctly in 6 months. Every time our order is missing at least 1 item. If you call to let them know they will require you to dive all the way back to the restaurant to issue a refund which completely defeats the purpose of “fast food”. Better options around and better McDonalds close as well, I won’t go here again.

Terrible experience. 25 minutes to get our food. We get it and it’s halfway cooked and the chicken nuggets full of oil still. Absolutely unacceptable. And no you can fix this, I’m literally from out of town and our family was hungry so we stopped here. What a sad experience.

Everyone was waiting for there food for 20 minutes or more. We only ordered a sundae and finally got it after a worker asked us about our order- 20 minutes later. One customer came in from the drive thru where he had been told to park and wait for his order. He had been waiting outside for 10 minutes and was still waiting inside when we left (at least another 10 minutes). A gentleman ahead of us said he waited 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and he only gets a 30 minute lunch. There appeared to be enough workers when we were there. So I'm not sure what the problem was in getting food out in a timely manner- but something was terribly wrong.

There was a dead spider in my chicken tenders. I threw away my food that’s disgusting. How dirty is your restaurant that that was able to happen??? I don’t even understand how that happens at all. Was it already in there before the tenders or was it on the tenders themselves?? Not sure but it made me gag. Clean up your kitchen before somebody gets sick.

Place was absolutley disgusting. On top of that management is extremely rude. I went to the restroom as I am traveling. There was a line of four people one bathroom working the other one was locked with nobody in it and no signage. It took me and another lady about five minutes to unlock the bathroom to find out it’s not been cleaned and probably what looks like three days as there was still fecal matter, sitting at the top of it. It looked like it wasn’t broken, but just looked like nobody cared to flush it nor care to clean. Not to mention all the HAIR in the sink. Gross. All of the toilet paper was gone, and all the paper towel towels were gone. As well as there was enough soap, so clearly employees aren’t washing their hands either. When addressed with management I waited for a long while and was even pushed past. I said excuse me and got a huff and wait your turn. Absolutely the rudest place I’ve ever been.
The staff are friendly. Order is always correct and food is always hot.

If you’re craving cold fries and a front-row seat to the collapse of society, this is your spot. Walked in for a burger, walked out questioning my life choices. The place was swarming with people clearly on the nod—looked like fentanyl had a stronger presence than the ice cream machine. Bathroom doors? Long gone. Rumor has it they gave up after the third overdose this week. I didn’t know whether to order a McDouble or call for a wellness check. One star, only because Google won’t let me give zero.
