Seems impossible to keep the ice cream machine working. Need a flashing sign so people do not have to sit in line for the bad news AGAIN. If I go in opposite yet out of way direction, Dairy Queen, Bobby's, Culver's, Sonic ice cream machines have never been broken and yet McDonald's is broken more often than not, including tonight!! Again!!
I sent in 2 messages through the app about a bad experience I had at the Cobb Pkwy Acworth location. I have yet to receive an answer or a call about my complaint, so I guess this McD location does not care about its customers. I will no longer visit this location since they do not care about my business. I was given bad food, missing items and was treated rudely. NOT LOVIN' IT...😢
