One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
I’ve tried it a few times and everyone most or all of my food is cold or stale. They’re slow. They’ve forgotten to make my order. And the manager is rude to staff and customers.
I assume the good location keeps them in business.
The McDonald’s on Mars Hill at Brookstone is good. And so is the one further down 41.

Very bad service, 40 minutes of waiting for the food to be cold, it smells very bad and you can see that they don't clean, I asked for caramel pepper, they gave it to me wrong, everything was bad

Went to grab some dinner it was busy as usual but I expected that. I got to second window and lady said “we don’t got no Dr pepper” I said fine Coke will do. Gave me wrong drink as it was a Coke Zero or something else and wrong size. So I went in to exchange it. Manager said ok here you go. Went to grab my drink and heard yelling from back. Manager was yelling and I mean yelling at customer in drive thru line and kept telling him to get out of the line. Inside was messy and gross. Was very uncomfortable and disappointed with my service today.

I’ve been to this McDonalds 3 times and every time it’s takin me 30 min to get my food. Kinda crazy thought it was fast food.

Very dysfunctional. When we first came in, they asked us to use the kiosk, but then a girl stepped up to take our order. She didn’t even punch in our code from the app so we didn’t get our points. She rang everything in wrong and kept calling a girl from the back to come put in her code to fix the order. The girl That came from the back didn’t even wash her hands, going back to the back to fix food. There’s flys flying around everywhere. There were people waiting 25 minutes for their order and their orders were wrong too. There were even people that paid for their food but was so fed up they left. Even when I got my food it looked like it was thrown together, instead made correctly. There’s one guy who looks like a manager, just walking around, not really doing anything, saying he’s managing everything but clearly not. It looks and feels very dirty and disgusting inside. Even though the floors looked mopped, there’s a sludgy film on the floor. I was slipping with every step. I don’t care if the floor signs are up, it’s still very dangerous. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s and I don’t think anyone should eat here either.

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The service was terrible. There were at least 5 employees standing together talking and completely ignoring me at the counter. I asked one a question when they came over. He rolled his eyes, shook his head and groaned like I was putting him out by being there. I went ahead and put my order in at the kiosk and it took 15 minutes to get two Hamburger Happy Meals. Will never go back to this McDonald's again!

I dont understand why its taking so long for fast food. 30 minutes and im just standing here with no ETA. This older gentlemen keeps apologizing for the wait but this is a crazy amount of time to wait for a happy meal and a big mac.
