We have 3 McDonald’s within a 5 mile radius, and this location crushes them all. The staff is AMAZING. Always kind, and accommodating.

I've gotten so used to other McDonald's that this just blew me away.
Tonight my wife and I stopped in for a McRib fix before they're gone. We ordered at the counter and encountered a young lady with kind of blonde hair and some light green streaks in it. I'm so used to surely or sullen or just indifferent McDonald's employees that her attitude was shocking!
1. She smiled and greeted us
2. She was friendly and laughed
3. She gave us HOT fries!
4. She complimented another customers child
5. She brought out our fries to us
6. She has thanked other customers for coming in and told them to have a great evening!!
I could probably go on a while if I thought about it, but you get the idea. I actually deleted my negative review from 7 years ago and left this one. If McDonald's was smart, they'd clone her and put one of her at every location. I've heard her interacting with other employees and guests and she's just delightful!
McDonald's really ought to pay her more than she's currently making (no idea what that is) or some other place will poach her away.
This young lady is OUTSTANDING and really impressed us. I rarely encounter anyone with her customer service skills - let alone someone so young and working at McDonald's. I truly hope McDonald's recognizes what a gem they have here and have her training other people and make her like a regional manager. She gets it!

Ordered off the McDonalds app and they had Doordash deliver it, the driver site the order and both Doordash and the store refuse to do anything about it.

It has become better, the atmosphere (quiet music, cleanliness, fast), since the new staff: a polite older Lady, wearing a red T-shirt and a sociable friendly girl, named Virginia :)

Rude employee at the window. Order was wrong again. I asked for no pickles yet there were five on one burger. Mustard all over the bun and cheese wasn't melted. Hmmm...bad ownership or management?
No prices on the menu for meals, and seems like they are playing games with the menu and how you are charged. Wanted $8 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a tea lol... I'm done with McDonald's. I can get a full sit-down meal for similar prices

This place has gone down hill fast, food quality and service.
Can’t get an order right and then dumped my fries upside down in the bag!

So I ordered my food on doordash and there were items missing but doordash does the bare minimum to help you. I tried calling this location but no one answered so I ended up driving to the location where my order got messed up and thank goodness I did because KK (that's her nickname) and Courtney went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. We need more employees like these two wonderful, kind, caring and beautiful ladies. Thank you KK and Courtney for making it right and handling the situation so well. They both have wonderful customer service skills!!!!

Love this location!!! They are always on top of their game, especially when busy! Not sure if they changed owners or new management but it has unfortunately gotten slower and longer to get my food. But I will keep coming back, thankfully this location is better than the one over by seven hills.

I was hoping this location would have gotten better from the last time I ordered from them, a year ago. I usually don't drive down 41 for work. But, traffic was backed up on I-75 south and 41 was backed up as well.
It turned out to be a huge disappointment. I even called the store to let them know. You get a voicemail to leave a message and I asked for them to return my call.
I used the mobile app and placed a curbside order. It was super fast and a friendly young lady brought out my bag. ( 5 stars for this)
I took off and opened the bag a few minutes later, and the hash brown was missing, and the steak egg and cheese McMuffin was missing 2 ingredients, the grilled onions and cheese. I paid nearly 10 bucks for it and only got half my order. I waited to post this giving them time to respond. But, of course not. I feel like they don't care. I'm not sure if it is a franchise store or corporate. I get super great service at one near my home. But, with the bad accident that happened early Thursday morning on I-75. I did not go my usual route. I will not visit the McDonald's in Acworth Dallas Rd again. Shame that this store does not correctly their mistakes, call us back. From what I see in some of the other reviews.
And, if you order in the app, they don't bring you a paper receipt to curbside. So, you can not really send a response to the issue in the app without certain info on the paper receipt.

I never thought this day would come but yes I’m giving a McDonald’s 5 star rating!! I don’t go lot in the day but the night shift with the older lady that runs it she’s always great and I never thought I would say this… here it comes…. But everyrtime I check my order at home im NEVER missing anything and hamburgers are always how I order it. If chick Fil a found out about the lady she would be getting some big 💵💵💵 offers to transfer to a chick Fil a because she deserves it. Not sure her name but she’s the night manager!

Was at drive thru at 10:55 and didn’t answer and ignored me then shut off the drive through screen at 10:58, so they didn’t have to take my order.
