Service Matters

Service this consistently poor for this many years, obviously starts at the top. Dave Hamilton, the owner of this store and a handful of others leads by example and Tamara, his general manager at location 4381 Acworth Dallas Road and the staff have experienced and continue to experience the trickle down effect of terrible management and horrible leadership who concern themselves more with just having a "body" to fill in instead of actually vetting or CARING about any level of service they provide. Terrible food, wrong orders, long unnecessary wait times, consistently, and the service is unparalleled with how horrendous it is. Staff speaks to people however they choose with zero consequence. I wonder when McDonald's is going to give the Cedarcrest area a McDonald's location that we can be proud of? I've even put in some calls to Tom Dobb, Dave Hamilton's direct report, and heard nothing back.

2 days in a row I have gone through drive thru and ordered the same thing the first day they gave me a biscuit instead of the bagel I ordered and today they gave me a bagel finally but it didn't even have a piece of bacon and no sauce and both my bagels were cold. I tried to call but of course no one answered. Drive thru curiosity did not exist and the first day the boy tried to keep my change which was 6 dollars. What is going on with this McDonald's??

Went through drive thru and no one ever said a word. Drove around to go in and the drive through guy was on his cell phone. Need to train your employees to stay off their phones while working. Will not be back here again.

Had ordered a big meal about $50 worth a little before 1:00 p.m. today had some lady named Sadie give me a lot of attitude there were the ones that messed up on my order they were telling me to pull around again waited 10 minutes to get my food at the window for their mistake and then they tell me to pull around to order again just for my food to get cold will not be coming back to this location horrible service and attitude to me how do you treat your customers that way Very disrespectful!!!
