This place is ridiculous, They are severely understaffed. It took me asking three times for my food, 3 times. I also waited around another 40 minutes just to order more and I couldn't even order anything because of no one was at the front register

Whoever the night crew is needs to be fired and replaced I should not be waiting 15 mins almost for a qpc and a meal deal there’s people standing out front smoking pot the only helpful person was the kid with long hair and glasses taking orders but he was also watching the Super Bowl and wouldn’t let the words out if my mouth

Employees didn't say a single word when dropping off food at the table, forgot to bring our drinks, and the food was cold at 135 on a Sunday. Stood at the counter for 2 or 3 minutes before I had someone acknowledge me so I could get our 5 drinks, then another 2 or 3 minutes before I received 3 sweet teas. I gave 2 stars because the Coca Cola was good.

Drive thru service sucks here. Placed an order and the food in the bag did not even match the one I asked for. When asked to fix they gave an attitude of a toddler.
I went inside and placed my order to go. Dude that Identifies as a female at the front counter. Gross! I went to the kiosk and I ordered nine cheeseburgers, 20 piece, nugget, and two large french fries for five people. Burgers and nuggets were fine, but my two large fries were only half full. I should’ve looked but come on guys. You gotta do better than that that ain’t right.

Usually when I come here I never have any problems, but this morning I ordered 4 hotcakes. The lady at the window told me to pull around the corner because my order wasnt ready. So I did, She gave me my order and when i opened them they were brick cold and im not being dramatic I went inside and the worker joshua was very kind and helpful about the situation I still asked for a manager, Emily, just to talk to her about the situation. I asked her just to feel them so she would know I wasn’t lying but she insisted not to because of “food safety” but yet didnt have any gloves on. How are you worried about food safety but sending out cold food. She wasn’t helpful or understanding about the situation. Most employees didn’t even have gloves on that were dealing with food which is disgusting. Very disappointed
