Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Visited Menchie’s recently and was disappointed with the experience. When we came into the store, no one greeted us. The two employees were busy chatting with each other and acted like we didn’t exist. We got a container of orange sherbet with no toppings at all, and the total still came out to almost $16, which felt way overpriced for what we received. The sherbet itself tasted okay, but definitely not worth the price. Between the poor customer service and high cost, I left feeling ripped off.

We ordered a Dole Whip for my dairy allergic son because of this description of the item on Doordash. Unfortunately, my son had an allergic reaction. When I called to in to inquire, the young lady who answered today said that they add vanilla ice cream which is dangerous and irresponsible as that is not the description!

This fro-yo place is, quite frankly, a disappointment, unfortunately. I’m sorry, but the service was great when the lady showed up. There was nobody there when we walked in, both customers and employees (see attached image)! The lady only showed up 5 minutes later, which made the entire experience have a weird and awkward feeling, due to the lack of proactive service behaviors.

The fro-yo itself was ok, the chocolate cake and milk chocolate flavors were really gross. The vanilla looked like it had split, and the cookies and cream flavor was half decent. For three small portions, the price tag was 16 bucks. Come on guys, this is WAY too much.

The location was dirty and looked rundown. I wasn’t pleased with our visit, and I won’t be returning, nor will I be recommending Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. Hope y’all can get it together 🙏

We came at 9:15 for the BOGO day, even though Google says this location closes at 10. But the door was locked. Despite there still being 45 minutes until closing time. Didn’t even open the door to tell us themselves just motioned that they were closing. They either need to update their Google website or close at the scheduled time.

It is very dirty here. Their machines for syrups are broken. Corporate help this location.

Menchies near me closed down so I came in expecting to have the same childhood memory that I enjoyed but was QUICKLY disappointed. I’m not sure if it was the froyo the blue berries or cheesecake bites but I bit into something that gave me a strong alcohol chemical like taste. Currently have a headache 0/10 don’t recommend.

I usually only come here on Veterans Day, for obvious reasons, lol. This spot is a sweet treat! Every year that I stop by, my sweet tooth is always satisfied.

Terrible fro yo, do not come here. All locations are terrible, poor flavor choices. No fro yo in the machines 2 hours before closing and workers are already cleaning. I had to resort to chocolate and peanut butter fro yo and it looks like a bowl of diarrhea and taste like it too. If you have another fro yo option please go there instead. People literally came in and walked right back out as I type this. Staff was very nice and enjoyable

I used toclove going to this munchies. My latest experience was less than pleasurable. I went in one afternoon, no one was in there, and when the girl came out she didnt look very happy to see me. I tried to get 3 different flavors and they came out just liquid. The levers were sticky and the food servers were dirty like they hadn't been cleaned in a few days because no one else was in the store. I was really disappointed. It always seems like there's only one person ever working there.And they never look excited to be there. They look like they either have too much to do or not enough.I'm not sure which. I don't know if I'll be back.

We drive by Menchies daily and my children love to stop. We stopped by a month ago and the place was filthy. They wanted to stop again today so I thought I would give it another try. Once again the place was so dirty. The floor looked as if it hasn't been mopped in weeks. The topping spoons were nasty, the tables had not been wiped off, and the ice cream machines have not been cleaned. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

been here twice and they’ve been closed an hour plus early. or just closed at random times. don’t waste time going here because they’re probably randomly closed and you’ll waste your gas going
