We drive by Menchies daily and my children love to stop. We stopped by a month ago and the place was filthy. They wanted to stop again today so I thought I would give it another try. Once again the place was so dirty. The floor looked as if it hasn't been mopped in weeks. The topping spoons were nasty, the tables had not been wiped off, and the ice cream machines have not been cleaned. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

been here twice and they’ve been closed an hour plus early. or just closed at random times. don’t waste time going here because they’re probably randomly closed and you’ll waste your gas going

I have been talking my son twice a week for years. Dropping at least $30 wkly. We love the selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. I do find that this establishment is filthy. Which is concerning to me since the board of health here is supposedly strict. Floor is full of dirt and debris. Every window is covered in sticky hand prints. The employees are on the younger side so I’m sure they couldn’t care less. Not sure who owns this business but hopefully they read this review and many others that have similar reviews and make an effort in getting the place nice and clean.

Disappointed with this … got my frozen yogurt to go and didn’t bother to have more than 2 bites. Didn’t taste right. I got 3 flavors. Will not be back at this location unfortunately

The frozen yogurt is smooth and delicious. They are always coming out with new flavors and the kids love it! They now have acai bowls and frozen yo cakes which are great! The management goes above and beyond to accommodate and answer questions!

Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here! It’s a lot more fun than most ice cream places- getting to make their own bowls is always a fun time.

They really need to do a better job on overall cleanliness. The machines were so dirty sticky that I ended up with hair in my yogurt. I’m guessing it was stuck to lever then fell in while dispensing. The floor was sticky and bathrooms closed. Lastly about half the flavors were out.

My kids used to love going to Menchie's. It was a whole experience; It was good froyo and a fun atmosphere. Now, it is just drab and kind of gross.

From our experience, the employees tend to be young adults. Maybe this is their first job. As their employer, you should take the opportunity to teach them about customer service. They don't greet customers. They don't talk to customers when they ring them up. They don't ask if they are finding everything okay. They don't ask if it is your first time there and if you would like to sample the flavors. They don't explain that certain lights on machines mean that one isn't working or isn't ready. The employees stand behind the register on their phones until you are ready to pay. This is a stark contrast to my first job serving customers. That is where I learned about good customer service and carried on those skills tonfuture jobs. What a poor opportunity you are providing your young employees.

The tables, especially outside, are not cleaned in between customers, and cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority. Then, it gets to be around 8:30, and all of a sudden, they want to start closing for the day, even though you are open until 10, and start cleaning and packing everything. Restrooms are off limits to customers (???).

It is my understanding that other businesses are run out of your store, like Edible Arrangements, and maybe that is where you make your "real" money. Kids want froyo, but their parents don't like to give repeat business to places where they repeatedly receive poor service, especially for what they are paying. We will take our kids to Dairy Queem or literally any other place that serves ice cream. Makes me miss Lori Bell's. ?

Note: I have a personal policy of only giving positive reviews, and I am a frequent reviewer. Most bad experiences I have at businesses are a one time thing, and I don't think it is fair to give a one ☆ review for one bad day. Check my other reviews. I broke my own review policy for this one because it happens every single time.

How the mighty have fallen. We have loved Menchie's for years and used to frequent this one. It's been awhile since we've been and wow, it's depressing.

I'm going to assume management changed and they just don't care about this place. Everything is filthy: the floor, the glass, the machines, the toppings bar. The kitchen floor is absolutely disgusting. What's worse is that it's been at least six months like this, because that's the last time we came in and were put off by how things were looking like they were going downhill. This time I was greeted by a strange combination of garbage and cleaner smells.

First time visiting this location and it was filthy to me. Smeared handprints on all glass surfaces in sight, toppings sprinkled on countertop and floor, sticky floors and clear drops of sticky substance dripped across the floor, topping tongs were also sticky. Ice cream machine handles were sticky and the smell was overall unpleasant. The 2 workers were posted at the counter and only one was checking out. There was no reason the other person couldn't have been cleaning. If I didn't have two kids in tow and I didn't want to disappoint then I would have walked out without a purchase. Grabbed a minimum purchase and got out as fast as I could. Will not revisit. Needs some serious training, retraining and cleaning.

Very dirty store. The place has so much more potential. The patio could be so cute, but broken dirty tables take over. Won't be back. Disappointing.

This is one of the first frozen yogurt places I've been in a while that actually had most of the machines working. If you're looking for fro-yo, this is a good place to fro-go.

The girls at this store are always closing early. If you go in after 8:30 forget it. They’re always counting the money out in the open & make it known that they’re aggravated by customers. They always mop early forcing you to walk on a wet floor and they leave the mop out right in front of the machines. Aside from the hazards they’re creating, they package up all the toppings so it’s pointless to even go. We walked out. Also the cleanliness of this store is an issue. All that has been mentioned is a routine occurrence at this store. I won’t be going back.

I didn’t quite get the name of the person that was working, however on Wednesday night 04/10 around 8:30 I had taken a trip to enjoy and indulge in some froyo. When me and my friends had sat down and started conversation, the employee that was working decided to rudely interrupt my conversation to call me and my friends “not intelligent” and proceeded to very disrespectfully tell us to leave.

Wasn't an overly enjoyable experience. When we walked in, the air was heavy and humid. The floor was dirty, trash on the floor and sticky. The machines hadn't been wiped down in a while. The toppings center was messy and missing some covers. The gentleman helping us didn't speak to us except to tell the total.
