Food is okay but doesn’t seem fresh (vegetables specifically). One of the older male employees is really weird too.
Came in 8:30 and even though closing was 9pm, they were shutting down. 5 workers and only 1 was serving customers. Other 4 were cleaning. Also removed all salsa so customers couldn't get any. Due to only 1 real worker, took 15 minutes to get food. Closing shouldn't occur half hour before closing.

Upon entry, there was a rank smell that I noticed( almost made me leave), but my daughter convinced me to check out the appearance of the good area. To my surprise it was very clean and the food looked tasteful.
Overall, our food orders were good. The staff was awesome.
My advice. Change you cleaning devices/ and our people for a more welcoming appeal.

Just took a bite of the worst burrito of my waking life. Every ingredient felt like it was cold before the burrito was even rolled. This place literally sucks don’t go here. You won’t be pleased

I went to this Moe’s location yesterday (7/6/25) around midday and ordered a burrito with cilantro lime rice, black beans, steak, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, cilantro, fresh jalapeños, sour cream, and chili lime sauce. I don’t know which of those ingredients was the culprit, but 2 hours later at around 2pm, I began showing symptoms of food poisoning (stomach cramping, nausea, low grade fever, and other nasty symptoms I won’t make y’all read about). I recall that almost none of the “hot” ingredients in my burrito were actually hot, the steak was lukewarm and the rice was mushy. The cheese didn’t melt like it usually does. I only ate half of the burrito and I’m glad I didn’t push myself to eat the rest, who knows how much sicker I would have gotten. I finally feel better this morning after a long, unpleasant night. I know it was the Moes food that did it because I literally hadn’t eaten ANYTHING ELSE that day. Only thing I’d trust from this Moe’s location now would be the drinks, unfortunately.

I ordered pick up online. Just nachos. First, they put every wet ingredient on top of the chips instead of the on the side. Then, they forgot my queso so I had to go back to the store to get it.

I went here and ate my normal meal with my brother but then shortly after the meal, he felt very happy suddenly which isn’t very normal then he was fazing out and felt disoriented and didn’t focus. Probably some food poisoning that someone put something terrible in his food. Never and I hope never coming back again!

I use to enjoy this Moe’s location much more but the quality of steak is just terrible. I keep giving it a chance but this past purchase has been one of the worst. I will get a steak burrito and EVERY BITE will have a tough and chewy piece which makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the burrito. The steak is trimmed very poorly and I’m sure that’s just how it gets sent to each location. I have better luck at any chipotle and will most likely avoid Moe’s if I have a choice.
