Deeply disappointed with the order. It’s late, Ingredients were altered, professionalism of the associates are questionable. It was on the tipping point. A bit more of a push and I would have taken my family out elsewhere and would have raised a dispute with my credit card. Leaving a google review of 2 stars.

Been eating at this location for about a year now. Great employees, fast fast turnaround time on the food, and good food at that. Highly recommend grilled cheese with gouda and Swiss instead of American along with tomato soup. Or, if you go on Friday, pick up their clam chowder bread bowl. WHO says healthy can't taste amazing?

Extremely loud music. Anyone that wants to meet for a meeting or Bible study avoids there to sit down. I visited a few times and had to stop because you can’t even hear your thoughts sitting in there. Definitely not a good atmosphere to eat and work. Only pickup and go. Every other Panera bread I’ve been to. Don’t have there music that loud. Actually no coffee shop or restaurant has there music that loud at all unless it’s a lounge or night club.

Every single time I go here, they’re out of something. Out of broccoli soup.. out of tomato soup.. out of baguette.. for a place that has bread in their name how do you so consistently run out of bread and soup? Crazy
Today I could not thank your staff enough. My father just got out of the hospital and i am doing my best to hold it together. Your staff had zero clue but by just being kind really meant the world to me today. You never know what people are going through and a simply kind soul goes a long way. Thank you so much 🫶🏼

This was the nastiest Panera Bread I’ve ever been to! Very disappointing! Who manages this place? Got there at 4 pm Sunday. Ok at front door. The guy who took our order was wearing a dirty green tee shirt and it was obvious he didn’t want to be there. The dining area was awful! The floor had food all over it and every table was dirty! I would have gotten a refund & left but the person I was with wanted to stay. Had to ask the cashier to please clean a table. After leaving water standing on table, went to get napkins to dry but no napkins!!! Music too loud, couldn’t hear to have a conversation. My warm sandwich wasn’t very warm & bread thin falling apart. I will not be back!
