Their way of showing the drive thru is closed is to put a stool in the window. No signs or anything. As I sat there for ten minutes with my three year old, I was looked at by employees and laughed at. Not once did anyone come and tell me the drive thru was closed. What a joke! Just go to Pizza Hut right next door! This place use to have the best service. Not so much anymore.

Employee or young manager got upset with me because they made my pizza wrong and told me thats how all their pizzas are made. I’ve been eating papa johns pizza for over 10yrs and I know how a pizza should be made. The pizza was not shaped correctly, it was cut unevenly and separated. I’m highly disappointed in how he got an attitude all because of a simple mistake on their part. I won’t go to this Papa John’s anymore. I got a refund and me and the young immature manager had some words.

I bought a large supreme and, while it was boing made I walked next door and ordered a large supreme from Pizza Hut. No comparison, Papa Johns was SO much better!

We ordered a NY style pepperoni pizza and a large cheese. What we got is absolutely gross negligence and a rip-off. The pizza was swimming in sauce, and the overall order was not only overcooked, but the pies looked to be reheated instead of fresh. I have never been so disappointed with a pizza in my life. We fully expect a refund.

This Papa John's has gone downhill so much! They have owed me $44.00 for over a year now for a bad order! Stopped going until tonight. My son wanted Papa John's. First of all I am 70 years old and not in good health! I was getting out of my car when the manager/delivery driver blew his horn to tell me to shut my door so he could park! One day he will be my age but I certainly pray his health will not be as bad as mine is! That way he can ALWAYS BE FAST! Then I ordered the cheese and jalapeno bits. The peppers were so hot (cheap) I now have blisters in my mouth! Quality and service has gone down bad at the store they should just close it up
