If I could rate this place a negative star I would have my wife order from Uber for us tonight the pizza was not original crust it was thin and when I went to take a bite in it was rubbery like it sat out for a couple hours then to top it all off my wife's wings had the wrong sauce as well plus in the wing box ass a dipping sauce was not right so if you order off of Uber be prepared to have your whole order refund because Papa John's here don't do it right and it pisses me off about this because no matter what your food should have been better

No cheese on the pizzas! They said it moves. I said I pay more for papa John’s only because of quality against their competition. Not anymore. This is 4th time .

This Papa John's is going down hill fast. Placed and ordered a few weeks back showed up 5 minutes passed the time it said to pickup. Sorry sir we are running behind it's going to be another 10-15 minutes. Okay I understand a few extra minutes. It was 23 minutes later I received my order.
Fast forward to today 12/24/24. We order pizza its kinda a family tradition. Show up 20 minutes after placing the order. To be told 30-40 minutes more it wasn't even made. I said sir I have a family that wants to eat dinner. He said well guess you can wait or cancel the order, we got behind. Please note at the same time there is no one making any pizzas. Only a few standing in the back and one guy messing with some boxes. And this jerk standing at the front counter telling me basically I don't care if you eat or not. If you can't produce close the business. I'll be eating at Domino's.

My family loves ordering pizza from this Papa John's. It's always fast and delicious. We order a lot of food as a family of 8 and it's so good my kids try to eat it all at once, but heating it in the toaster oven, it's delicious the next day too!

I paid extra for "extra cheese" what I got was barely any cheese.

It was just OK, not bad, but not great. The extra cheese thing was a joke. It literally looked like I asked for "light" cheese...

Lesson learned, won't spend money here again.

Have ordered from this location 4-5 times so far. Each time the food was delivered within a quick time frame, delicious, hot, and accurate. Every driver I've interacted with has been pleasant. No complaints and will continue to order from here. ?

I AM NOT ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION ANYMORE! THEY HAVE BECOME SO GREEDY WITH CHEESE AND SAUCE ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! ONCE IN A BLUE MOON AND I MEAN THAT IT WILL COME WITH A GOOD AMOUNT OF CHEESE & SAUCE BUT 99% ITS THE SAME CRAP AT THIS LOCATION! THEN THEY GO CHARGE YOU FOR A NEWYORK STYLE TO GIVE YOU A LARGE CHARGING $17 PER PIZZA!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IN THE 17 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN HERE IT IS JUST GETTING WORSE AND WORSE NO WAY WORTH $50!!! I CAN PAY THAT SAME PRICE AND GO TO DaVinci's in kennesaw and get 100% PHENOMENAL PIZZA. IF YOU HAVENT WENT THERE TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT!!! PAPA JOHNS THIS IS THE LAST DAY U GET MONEY!!

Thanks for the pizza...or is it a calzone ? I think pizza boxes are meant to be held flat. All my pizza was at one end of the box. Tasted great

Well I would have to say I would not give them the stores that I did but on the other hand I had to. I had put a order in and it took quite some time when my food finally arrived at the hotel it was very cold I called beforehand and told him that my food never arrived and they had received a message saying that it was already delivered and I told the man I did not get it so I went downstairs to the lobby and just as I was going through the lobby here comes the guy with my pizza cold very cold so I called the pizza place and told them they said sir we are remaking you one and it will be good and hot well Lord behold they weren't kidding they brought me another pizza and a 2 l and brought it to my room and it was very hot so I was very impressed and that's why I gave them the stars that I gave them they made it right so things do happen in a positive way thank you so much Papa John's and the crew at this location for making things right.

I’ve had pizza from this location 3 or 4 times and it’s been great every time. Orders have been correct, pizzas hot! The place is very busy and I can see why. It’s only a pickup location so the “atmosphere “ is what you would expect. While waiting for my walk-in ordered pizzas…the staff are busting tail…getting it done. I will be using this location for Papa John’s pizza, even though this location doesn’t deliver to my house…it’s worth the drive.

Our order is always made right and nearly always comes earlier than the quoted time. I don't know how their score isn't higher on Google! As Papa John's lovers, my family feels very lucky to have such a great location nearby.
