Papa Johns Pizza

My family loves ordering pizza from this Papa John's. It's always fast and delicious. We order a lot of food as a family of 8 and it's so good my kids try to eat it all at once, but heating it in the toaster oven, it's delicious the next day too!

I paid extra for "extra cheese" what I got was barely any cheese.

It was just OK, not bad, but not great. The extra cheese thing was a joke. It literally looked like I asked for "light" cheese...

Lesson learned, won't spend money here again.

Have ordered from this location 4-5 times so far. Each time the food was delivered within a quick time frame, delicious, hot, and accurate. Every driver I've interacted with has been pleasant. No complaints and will continue to order from here. ?

I AM NOT ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION ANYMORE! THEY HAVE BECOME SO GREEDY WITH CHEESE AND SAUCE ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! ONCE IN A BLUE MOON AND I MEAN THAT IT WILL COME WITH A GOOD AMOUNT OF CHEESE & SAUCE BUT 99% ITS THE SAME CRAP AT THIS LOCATION! THEN THEY GO CHARGE YOU FOR A NEWYORK STYLE TO GIVE YOU A LARGE CHARGING $17 PER PIZZA!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IN THE 17 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN HERE IT IS JUST GETTING WORSE AND WORSE NO WAY WORTH $50!!! I CAN PAY THAT SAME PRICE AND GO TO DaVinci's in kennesaw and get 100% PHENOMENAL PIZZA. IF YOU HAVENT WENT THERE TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT!!! PAPA JOHNS THIS IS THE LAST DAY U GET MONEY!!

Thanks for the pizza...or is it a calzone ? I think pizza boxes are meant to be held flat. All my pizza was at one end of the box. Tasted great

Well I would have to say I would not give them the stores that I did but on the other hand I had to. I had put a order in and it took quite some time when my food finally arrived at the hotel it was very cold I called beforehand and told him that my food never arrived and they had received a message saying that it was already delivered and I told the man I did not get it so I went downstairs to the lobby and just as I was going through the lobby here comes the guy with my pizza cold very cold so I called the pizza place and told them they said sir we are remaking you one and it will be good and hot well Lord behold they weren't kidding they brought me another pizza and a 2 l and brought it to my room and it was very hot so I was very impressed and that's why I gave them the stars that I gave them they made it right so things do happen in a positive way thank you so much Papa John's and the crew at this location for making things right.

I’ve had pizza from this location 3 or 4 times and it’s been great every time. Orders have been correct, pizzas hot! The place is very busy and I can see why. It’s only a pickup location so the “atmosphere “ is what you would expect. While waiting for my walk-in ordered pizzas…the staff are busting tail…getting it done. I will be using this location for Papa John’s pizza, even though this location doesn’t deliver to my house…it’s worth the drive.

Our order is always made right and nearly always comes earlier than the quoted time. I don't know how their score isn't higher on Google! As Papa John's lovers, my family feels very lucky to have such a great location nearby.

I ordered a pizza at 5:09 pm I was told 54 minutes. 1 hr and 20 minutes later I get a cold pizza. The service really sucks at times. While I understand you may be running behind I at least expect a hot edible pizza when delivered

This is absolutely the most unprofessional Papa John’s that I have ever used. After several failed attempts to get it right, tonight was just it. They decided for whatever reason to close the store and cancel all orders without alerting the customers. After waiting in the parking lot for several minutes on our order, someone finally came to the door and said we have cancelled all orders for tonight. When I asked for clarification as to what was going on and when I could expect my money back, they refused to come back to the door and just looked at my husband from the glass door as if he wasn’t standing there.This comes after waiting for 3.5 hours on Halloween on an order placed and paid for days in advance. When I asked multiple times when I could expect the order to be ready the young lady simply looked at me and said, “I don’t know!” Then when I asked her are they going to complimentary deliver to me for the inconvenience, her response, “that will just take longer!” No customer service at all.

Always been good to us, got an older pepper last time but I order extra instead of the 1 that's hit or miss at any papa johns. This place has been great and the deliveries too. Thanks! Pizza on way for a pizza Sunday with treats for kiddo! Honestly was a long time since we'd had pizza so have been enthusiastic the last few times. Competitor that starts with a PH has said and done some bad things so having great service along with better pizza is a win win everytime. Only been in to pick up and seemed chill but we've never ate in to rate that. On it's way!! Sweet, glad I left review. Perfect timing. Half sausage half cheese covers the family on the pizza side. Sausage is the jam!
