Had another bad experience with the young man working at this restaurant. I explained to him I had a coupon from pizza hut in my email that said $10 any specialty or up to 5 toppings for pick up or delivery. He argued with me and said their minimum is $15 to deliver it. Why should I have to spend more money when it plainly states $10? Then to get disrespected by the worker on top of it. Terrible service once again from this restaurant 😒 I will not be ordering from here anymore and you have lost a customer.

this is the Nashville Chicken flatbread from Pizza Hut allatoona gateway. The toppings are very scarce.

I hate to rate them so low but I've been coming to this location for years (atleast 5+ years) & lately it's just gotten worse. The staff will literally make you stand & wait on them. While they are out smoking or doing whatever it is. The lobby can be completely clear & your pizza clearly ready. And they just have no urgency. Not to mention they skimp on your toppings. So your best bet to have a perfect pizza is double up on toppings. Food is good when you get what you want & pay for what you want. And ths staff has potential if they put customer service first. Again this pizza hut was my favorite for years until recently 💔

Went in and sat down at a table. The guy in the kitchen kept looking out at me every few minutes as I sat there. After 10 min of me sitting there, and the employee peeking out at me, I finally just left. Guess he didn't want to serve me.

They totally gave me the wrong pizza but did remake it once I got back up there. The second pizza was as nasty as the first one. I have been a dedicated pizza hut supporter for many decades and can say this was the worst experience I've ever had at any of them. This was the first time visiting this store and will definitely be the last.

It’s wild to order pickup you click no tip the cashier will say “oh lord” . Completely unacceptable. No amount of apologies will make up for it. I’ll drive to another Pizza Hut or the dominoes a mile away. This place is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. So dark it looks like a horror movie and half the staff act like customers are a problem
Placed my order online. Went to the store to pick it up and there was no record of my order. Tina, who I believe is the manager, was there all by herself and turned my bad experience into a great one. She was polite and nice and provided excellent service. Haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years, but because of her, I’ll be back to this location. (Pizza was a little soggy for having light sauce, but not too much of a issue)

Last Time I order from here...... They need to get a better cook who can cook and read orders. Cheese sticks are so dry (almost no cheese). I ordered specific things on my pizza and PAID for them and they didn't put it on my order. I called and complained and they the lady wanted to argue with me... I've eaten there many times in the past and they just keep going down hill.

Ordered at 7:48, it’s now 10:25.. food just got here after the first delivery just disappeared I guess? Food was wrong, and the sauces we paid for weren’t in the order. Dude on the phone was nice at least..
