Placed my order online. Went to the store to pick it up and there was no record of my order. Tina, who I believe is the manager, was there all by herself and turned my bad experience into a great one. She was polite and nice and provided excellent service. Haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years, but because of her, I’ll be back to this location. (Pizza was a little soggy for having light sauce, but not too much of a issue)

Last Time I order from here...... They need to get a better cook who can cook and read orders. Cheese sticks are so dry (almost no cheese). I ordered specific things on my pizza and PAID for them and they didn't put it on my order. I called and complained and they the lady wanted to argue with me... I've eaten there many times in the past and they just keep going down hill.

Ordered at 7:48, it’s now 10:25.. food just got here after the first delivery just disappeared I guess? Food was wrong, and the sauces we paid for weren’t in the order. Dude on the phone was nice at least..

The day before Christmas 2024, around 5 pm, we were out finishing our shopping. When we finished, we were hungry and decided to order and pick up a pizza on our way home. It had been about 5 years since we got a pizza from Pizza Hut. My wife and I decided to give them another try. I installed the app and placed an online order for a meat lover's with extra sauce because we hate a dry pizza. I also added in the special instructions to please add extra sauce.
When we picked up the pizza, I looked at it, and it looked dry, so I asked if the pizza had extra sauce. The worker looked at me in my eyes and replied yes. I said it doesn't look like it, and he responded that it is under the cheese. Being tired and hungry, I accepted his answer and took the pizza home.
Low and behold, the pizza was extremely dry with hardly any sauce at all!
I then remembered why we stopped going to Pizza Hut!
Dry pizzas and employees that don't care!!
Now I see why they have recently filed for bankruptcy!
Employees, store, and regional management, please do your jobs!

Should have know better than to even go in when we were the ONLY car in the parking lot at dinner time. The place was deserted. It had the look feel of a place that had closed and sold off most of it's assets... but someone forgot to tell the employees. There was 1 (One) menu in the whole place and it was in such tiny print, I couldn't even read it. We started to order but I was getting the feeling that was going to be a mistake. When we mentioned drinks, we were informed that all they have are two leiters, we decided to just bail and go to an actual restaurant. What the heck happened to Pizza Hut? At this point - even a gas station out pizzas the hut. This place is PATHETIC! Guess someone might want to clue in the employees... I think whoever owns this joint has abandoned it.
To the owners - You NEED to pay attention to your Google reviews. Stop asking people to email you as we have ALREADY taken the time to tell you about the problems... If you can't get the picture from your reviews... I'm sure not going to waste more of my time typing this all up again. Clearly you don't care about this place.

Dietary restrictions: Tell them what you want how you would like your food and it will be made just how you like
Parking: Plenty of space to park and their dine in is open

Really Dine in? We walked and the older cashier lady had an attitude and wanted to know what we wanted? Well dah we want pizza, we wanted to say but I told her we wanted to dine in and have pizza. She said very Rudely " You gotta order it here." We said, "Ok" she tossed the menu at us and just looked at us. We asked for a deep dish and once again she said Rudely " I'm out of pans" so we asked what she did have and we ordered a hand tossed pizza and two Pepsi's....we received our pizza and asked for parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and she told us it's a dollar for each. We passed. We ate our pizza and said we'd never come back. The service SUCKED.....BYE PIZZA HUT IN ACKWORTH. NO wonder the place was empty.
